To be honest Kenny, I tend to lose track of where I get these from. I’ve been on soulseak, torrent sites, here, newsgroups & other internet sources. If my generalised thanks seems a bit disrespectful of the supplier, I can only give my sincere apologies and hope that whoever they are will appreciate the disorganised state of my memory retrieval inadequacies.
