Tagged and ordered according to the YouTube playlist (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMzb0yXpI_x1-Cg24mHiCsQZz3rih16mH). I omitted Opening (http://youtu.be/G-tQiz6cCfk) because it is mostly spoken dialogue (one of many on the disc that were also omitted from the YouTube rip), doesn’t have much music to it, and I can’t understand a lick of it.
