Note: I’ve been holding out my first full enjoyment of this score for this edition. I utilized three sources: the FYC for the bulk, the Deluxe OST and the Star Projection album. This isn’t the deluxe edition I originally had in mind but the FYC has yet to leak in a lossless format so that I can level out the cues sourced from the FYC to better match the OST therefore the sound balance is a little off.
Every unique piece that I could locate (even some never included on any official releases) is included here. Those who have been clamoring for a cleaned up version of Quantifiable Connection can wait no more. Thanks to Lockdown, I was able to find it along with Day One Dark. Also, thanks go to Clovie for their extended version of No Time for Caution.
The extra bonus material on the Projected Star edition was quite nice and advertised 35 new minutes of music which isn’t altogether untrue but we can blame the FYC leaking for some of the music not being too new. I can’t complain in any case. I listened very carefully to see where the new cues go and while they are vastly different from the FYC complete score version it was easy to reference other already-released tracks to find out which version of which cue it is. If you visit the Projection Star thread started up by Lockdown then you can see what the new tracks correspond to in the film and on this album. I did not incorporate the new cues into the main program but instead opted to include them as supplemental material for this edition. The OST track What Happens Now? was incorporated directly after Quantifiable Connection seeing as how it was the only place that made logical sense to me with the poem serving to close out the album and tie everything together.
I find it rather weird that having not seen the film, I find myself attached to this score waiting for every new cue to leak. I have pinpointed that it is most definitely the Philip Glass-ish qualities inherent throughout that have me coming back. I was apprehensive about admitting I liked this for some time but I find myself coming back more and more to admire it. The organ was an odd yet excellent choice of instrument to tell this musical story. No Time for Caution is just too entertaining to hate. The track Day One Dark is what got me started on this score and since that cue, I’ve been hanging on until I can get around to doing this edition.
I know it’s not perfect but it does incorporate every piece of music that I determined to be unique enough to include so until a lossless FYC disc leaks, this could very well be as good as it gets for a long time. 3 hours is plenty of time to get lost in this score. I wish it were longer but this is the length that feels appropriate to me.
Enjoy!
Is this the fan-made version of ‘Quantifiable Connection’, where someone tried to erase the noise or is this the real deal?
What was wrong with ‘One Day Dark’ ? That track was fine…
I’m not sure of the source for Quantifiable Connection but it sounds like the real deal to me.

Nothing is wrong with it. It’s the cue that got me interested.
My mistake. Corrected.
It has been corrected so no need to want, just grab.
No worries… and thanks.
Can’t please everybody. Especially ungrateful people that can’t appreciate FREE music. It’s guys like you that have made me NOT want to post in here anymore. If it’s not FLAC, if it’s not 24 bit, if it’s not this and that then it’s just not good enough. I happened to like it hence why I included it so shove off, mate.
Instead of knocking me for my choice to include a certain track, why not be constructive and pinpoint me to the location of said "better" version? That’s the object of this, isn’t it?
Just checked it: ‘Quantifiable Connection’ is the fan-made creation.

Fixed version for No Time For Caution:

What is different about it? I compared the FYC version and this one and they sound more or less identical.

Thanks for your help, foxtown. Now that’s being constructive.
No, the official FYC score version has this annoying noise, starting at ~0:30 min into the track.
In the version from the reddit link this noise is gone but the track sounds not so good anymore.
You can compare both (your track and the track from reddit) in adobe audition and you will notice that they are almost the same, I would even say that the reddit version is slightly better if you look how high the frequencies go n both versions.
I just listened to your version and it sounds the same as the reddit version. Clearly, the source was the fan-made version from the reddit user. Our only chance for a fixed version is either Hybrid or the physical FYC disc.
Yeah besides that. I played them side by side a handful of times and even with the crackling it sounds real close. I was listening for any one thing, besides the lack of crackling, that I heard which might give it away as a fan-created piece but maybe I’m getting old and can’t hear as good so I don’t hear much difference.
I scrolled right past this because I thought it was "just another deluxe" until I saw your name.
I’ll add this to the ever-growing music I have of this title. 🙂
All we need now is the bluray.
You are very much FUCKING welcome, ass.
Ok my mix is in a collection, I’m a bit embarrased really, hope people enjoy them. Well, not this guy anyways ^^

You’re not alone in disliking this loser…besides, what’s the difference between your version and a fan edit? Unless perchance you’re not a fan of the music? (which I seriously doubt)
It’s a fan edit of some tracks, and I just named it Extended because it’s how the original track goes, but with more music, the organs from Day One Dark, etc.
And I loved the music, that’s why I did the thing, wasn’t going to share it actually, but what the hell, and it’s in this collection now
You just saved me a lot of time 🙂
Thanks!
Thanks!

This is the official deluxe edition. Not the one the original poster made.
