The title is misleading.
The song "Man on the Moon" is from their album "Automatic for the People" (1992).
Lockdown has uploaded "For Your Consideration Man On The Moon Best Song & Score",
which was released in 1999.

Was this sourced from HDCD??

You can rip it using some HDCD function to get 24bit FLAC (20 actual bits, 4 zero-filled bits; files can’t be stored in 20bit, must be 8/16/24/32).
Rippers should have this function somewhere. dBpoweramp, foobar2000, etc.
