Cool, finally a place for EGG Music!

At the moment I need only this one I requested about a year ago though.
Honoo no Takuhaibin Original Soundtrack – VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/9489)

It would be super amazing to hear some day. Because Hayama. I still have the rip ruiner9 made but I would love to hear the official soundtrack as well.

If someone is able to buy it, I will contribute some day as well.

The .rar for "Riot City" doesn’t have the music files in it (or they are hidden, since that was the original .rar which can only be extracted once as a copy protection method)…

You would need to make a new .rar to distribute instead, thanks.

Just listened through this one. This is easily one of the best game OSTs I’ve heard in a LONG time. Just simply…wow. Powerful stuff.

Me too. I’d love to hear the Illusion City and Xak series soundtracks (on one or both system variants, no less).

P.S. Although I like the soundtracks of the Xak series, I personally like the first Xak’s music even more, because one of the composers is Ryuji Sasai (Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest, SaGa 3, Rudra no Hiho, and Bushido Blade 2, among others).

Thanks for the Valis Collection B, I also ordered several EG soundtracks last week, can share it when it arrives (maybe next month).

Cool, I’ve been wondering how the Racing album sounds. I have no experience from those games (or the MSX sound chip) myself so I need to listen to it before I decide if I buy it or not.

I guess I’ll be checking Yahoo for the Valis album from now on then. Hopefully someone sells it without all the games included.

No problem. Aren’t Clarice’s prices pretty much standard for all Japanese albums though? I’ve bought records from CDJapan and other Japanese shops since 2000, and ~3000yen has always been a normal price for one album. HuCARD is 3CDs so an extra 1500yen isn’t too bad for 2 additional discs.

Got this today, it arrived earlier than expected. I’ll just share it first in lossy. FLAC ver. will come with the rest of the soundtrack next month.

The scanner cost about as much as 8 standard albums from Japan, and it’s capable of scanning pictures at 4800dpi, not that I’ll be using that though. 1200dpi is fine for me, and I reduce the scans to 50% size afterwards so they aren’t enormous.
Thanks for MSX Racing! I’ll see if I buy it as well next time I order from EGG.

Edit: It seems I’ll have to get that MSX Racing album together with Valis Sound Collection B the next time I order from EGG.

I think I get why. look at the lenght of the cd, and just tried it. It would be more then the audio cd would allow.

The "now loading" entries. Mixi main thread was getting too many of those lately and they all had links like "http://sfkdlafheo". They most of the times didn’t mean Mixi was uploading, they meant Mixi didn’t have them yet.

Mixi said those won’t be anymore and it was like that, but about two weeks ago they came back. I asked if Mixi would post in the latest posts when they’ll be up and also commented on how I had to trace back several pages back to see any changes and that some people was also getting confused. Mixi got offended and took all the links down in less than 20 minutes after my post.
Many of those "nowloading" links have several weeks and between comments and new posts for more working and "nowloading" uploads, you had to go back some pages now to check if the "nowloadings" were upgraded to working links.

I have to agree with you. Because there is too much pages already (no here), and updated main thread post would be much better when someone is looking for something.
Take my "Anime Soundtracks 1971-2015" thread for example. Every time I upload something as a thread of mine or related to any anime on my list, I post a link there, even if I post for people o subscribed to know about. What about other late people? What, did not get the chance to see it and download it, too bad their bad luck? That’s not polite to even say the least. Its being a bit ass.
But being offended on something like this? it was just an opinion, and you gave her a hint of doing something better, Why get offended?

I have no idea, it’s the second time Mixi does that, Mixi even closed the threads the first time. I could understand it the first time (sort of) because I also told Mixi about not including the karaoke tracks in the singles and not saying when it was a game rip, in addition to the placeholder thing (and I didn’t say anything about the self-made looping in some tracks for official releases). I admit those were quite a few complaints. This time it was only the placeholders and Mixi got offended the same way anyway. Maybe Mixi doesn’t like complaints at all.
