Thanks for sharing the stereo edit. At first, I didn’t like Shovel Knight’s soundtrack at all (I have a strange aversion to modern chiptune soundtracks, most of them sound terrible to me), but as the time went on, it really grew up on me. Some tracks can stand up to the best NES soundtracks.

The noise and triangle seem to be missing from One Fateful Knight (Opening).

Thanks for sharing the stereo edit. At first, I didn’t like Shovel Knight’s soundtrack at all (I have a strange aversion to modern chiptune soundtracks, most of them sound terrible to me), but as the time went on, it really grew up on me. Some tracks can stand up to the best NES soundtracks.

Similarly I have an aversion to retro style games made now but I was surprised at how charming Shovel Knight was for what looked to be a Megaman rip off. The music can definitely stand up to top NES soundtracks though it does have the benefit of using 3 extra channels.
