In a good way?
Oh dear, oh dear. That’s alot of self-abuse. Perhaps you should see a doctor? You never know, there might be some kinda permanent damage. 😉
Thanks, I’ll give it a listen.
Yes, better much than little. Thanks to DVD-Rip scores of The Dark Knight Rises we have the real complete score. Lossy, but complete at the end.
But I can say without exaggeration that Rodney Dangerfield gives a better reading of that poem.
And wtf is that at the beginning
I do applaud these attempts tho.
WaterTower really fucked up with this release
So, bbasically saying, Docking is a HUGE album edit….. And as you said, it’s just an attempt.
In fact, I guess anyone can say that this album was just an "attempt" and was NOT worth doing.
And wtf is that at the beginning
I do applaud these attempts tho.

The problem is that it’s not just an organ in the OST version of the sequence. But it seems to be more organ in the Film version.
It’s 4 piano layers, high and low strings, and two brass sections pasted on top of organs and vocals. The only person who is going to get it right is Hans Zimmer.
Nobody will ever truly match the gravity of the original cue or match the depth of the ending even if we edit all of the other parts together perfectly.
But it’s hard trying to get that track right when all we have is a fuzzy brassy version of the organ part, when the one we all want is mostly organ. And that affects how I have to make the edit version sound.
