Cho Aniki – Aniki no Subete – and Ai Cho Aniki

<font face="comic sans MS" size="3">Like Cho Aniki? Here are 2 rips (mine) and one gamerip that came from the shrine, although I can’t remember the thread or the kind user(s) that provided…
I took the liberty to edit the titles’ tags of the rip so they can match the names on the original Ai Cho Aniki OST.

Comparing both releases (original and gamerip), the original OST is missing the 4 tracks. They are: opening theme, stage clear, the last boss from the third stage theme and last boss theme. The original OST tracklist is in a random sequence. In the gamerip I organized them based on the game’s sequence (with the exception of "Stage Clear")

Ai Cho Aniki OST curiosities:

– The opening theme contains track samples from the first game OST. I tagged them (most of I could identify);
– The original release is somewhat an arrange CD, with extended versions and slightly different synths;
– Track #5 of the original release, Atom Heat Brother, is kind of a "gag". It features a guy that finds a radio. After tuning in, it starts to play Atom Heat Aniki, an operatic boss theme (track #13). He listens to it for about 40 seconds and then breaks the device (?)

When I click the link mega asks for a decryption key, when you upload the files to mega did you tick the include decryption key button?

EDIT: oh ok nevermind, it seems that the decryption key is in the url itself all I had to do was copy part of the url to the field and it unlocked the file.

I don’t know what you did but I’m glad you got it. These files have no password or what else could make them "classified".

Corrupted? Which Ai Cho Aniki? The CD pack or the RIPPED one? If the CD, the FLAC pack or the MP3 one? I have these files in my mp3 player and I don’t notice any kind of noise/clipping/whatever in any track. I’ll see what I can do based on your reply.

I checked both the flac and mp3s of ai cho aniki and it does seem that at the very beginning of track 1 there is a second of audio that is cut out or something you can see it on the waveform

look at the waveform, there is something at the very beginning as highlighted, before the actual song begins

This thread is 8 months old and you’re the first who actually pointed this out. I’ll rip it again and re-up. Listening to the file I have I noticed too. It seems like some cut from the end of the last song of CHO ANIKI – ANIKI NO SUBETE album. Because I always listen to the tracks non-stop I couldn’t identify it properly. When the song repeats itself after playing the imperfection shows as well. Thanks for helping this thread being better!
