Who lives in Europe and has nintendo games but don’t use the PIN for club Nintendo?

I am asking this out of desperation because I really want an item from the stars items. Thing is, the nintendo are getting douches when putting soundtracks 1 time a month for 2000 stars. Jesus, not everyone got money just for them to get stars.
I live in Portugal, but I know that at least games from UK , the pin can be used for a Portuguese account in club nintendo.

Each game you register the PIN in your club nintendo account gives 250 stars. I need 3 PINs at least to be able to reach 2000 stars.
for my badluck I bought today 2 very damn cheap games for 3ds for nothing. The PIN codes had expired. :/
Would anyone be so kind to help me? :/

You need to scratch that grey surface to get the pin code.
