Prawo i Piesc disappointing me as movie (i think all Jerzy Hoffman).
I would like to see Laterna Magica.

"Prawo i pięść" is considered a Polish western film (I call it "eastern"). Early Hoffman movies are very good. Have you seen "Gangsterzy i filantropi" (very nice comedy) or "Trędowata" (very modern looking film, great music, great cinematography and montage). His last film I still enjoy was "Znachor" from 1981, after that all his movies were worse and worse. Maybe his films are too hermetic, not fully understood outside Poland (especially "Gangsterzy…" and his early documents).
