Scans included as always. Couldn’t get a proper scan of the front cover. Has three total see through covers that you have to put together in order to get the same image. Sadly see through stuff doesn’t come up very well with the scanner I use so i apologize for that.

actually it was my fault. I was going to merge the threads, and my browser screw everything. Posts were merged randomly. :S
