By request of our good friend Erich Gold, here is Lee Holdridge score to The Long Way Home, a documentary about the exodus of Jewish survivors in the Nazi concentration camps after World War II has ended.
Holdridge is a no stranger on documentaries and given the subject matter he composed a mournful score that expresses the desolation and sadness of those survivors, yet without a shadow of hope as heard in the ‘Finale’ and other Jewish folk tracks of the score.
