Thank you very much for taking the trouble to search that, G (while I was kidding with that thread-title, for all the heart attacks that this Requests forum provokes on us). Yes, the expanded w/SFX has been available for some time, and it will be good enough for my lax needs if the sessions are never available, but [huh? who screamed "heresy!!"?], of course, I second the request.

I suppose the sheets are "leaked" with all the cues, instead of some commercial release, right?
