I also know the composer and believe that is very un-American (and hypocritical) of you to praise the film and its music and then steal it. The composer is not getting any money from ticket sales; he is still entitled to receive his due share by people buying his music legally on i-Tunes or streaming it on Spotify.

as far as the States are considered.
Folks in Korea, Hungary, Peru, Bahrain, Mongolia, Uganda, etc. aren’t even aware the movie exists; sites like this one are the best way to promote composers from various continents. Do You really believe that music lovers from Brazil can buy scores from Scandinavia, or from Panama in Korea, from Latvia in Japan? It’s not only matter of cash, but how a person in Turkey can discover film music from Ireland? When it comes to Titanic, Star Wars, Matrix, LOtR it’s pretty easy, but go Poland and try to buy OST from Canada – good luck! When You in NY, Tokyo, London, it’s piece of cake, but in Varna or Davao there’s no chance to simply ‘go to shop & buy 20 CD right away’. Take for instance me – this very post is the first place I read about mr B.E.Miller -from now on I can start to explore his talent and eventually buy his music.
