Right now your username in these messages is correct (tsukimiya), and the orange-yellow image of the girl is showing as custom avatar. If you want to change it, make sure the new one is not larger than 125×125 pixels. As a comparison, the size of your current avatar is 120×119 pixels.

I can’t help about the other id and the new-thread problem, but somebody else will.

Weird. I can’t find an "Ayu_Tsukimiya" account in the Member List (http://forums.ffshrine.org/members/list/), was it activated correctly? (I’m assuming it is a different one). Perhaps my memory is off, but I recall needing to click one of these links usually received through e-mail sent upon registration, to validate my account.
