I’m not sure I understand the problem. Are those screenshots from two different accounts? If the problem persists and you tell more about it, maybe someone will help.

Right now your username in these messages is correct (tsukimiya), and the orange-yellow image of the girl is showing as custom avatar. If you want to change it, make sure the new one is not larger than 125×125 pixels. As a comparison, the size of your current avatar is 120×119 pixels.

I can’t help about the other id and the new-thread problem, but somebody else will.

Weird. I can’t find an "Ayu_Tsukimiya" account in the Member List (http://forums.ffshrine.org/members/list/), was it activated correctly? (I’m assuming it is a different one). Perhaps my memory is off, but I recall needing to click one of these links usually received through e-mail sent upon registration, to validate my account.

At any rate, if the issue doesn’t get resolved, you might want to contact one of the administrators (http://forums.ffshrine.org/showgroups.php).
