Bloody Roar 1-3 Soundtracks

Preferably in at least V0 VBR quality. The downloads I found are flawed in one way or another.

Hmm… If I’d have to trust dBpoweramp & foobar2000’s "Bitrate-checker", I could tell you that #gamemp3s released these albums in V0. Sure, the versions of LAME used are obviously outdated, by now, but the files themselves are still within the range of quality guaranteed by a V0 encode.

Track #01 Defenders of Legacy (Opening), always according to dBpoweramp, has a Variable Bit Rate of 273 kbps, while Track #17 Love and Hate has a Variable Bit Rate of 257 kbps.

They were hosted at Galbadia Hotel, do you want them?

Can’t seem to find them in #gamemp3s’ archive torrents, and GH’s download servers seem to be dead, so can you reupload them somewhere?

Nope, that’s not supposed to happen. Still, I guess it is the only track flawed, looks like #gamemp3s screwed up a bit. 🙁 Sorry, but I can’t offer a replacement for that track, at the moment. Don’t have any of the three CDs with me.

Downloaded three times, on different HDDs, tried to open with 7-Zip and WinRAR, and it’s all the same, "archive is corrupt" and "can’t open", the contents seem empty. The file hosting networks like to butcher files (happened to me with picture hosting before), so can you please reupload? On a different file host, if possible…

I double checked and can confirm the file never finishes to download and ends up corrupted at 1s and fails. Tries 3 different browsers and an Android and nothing.

the archive torrents don’t have them. and I am requesting all bloody roar soundtracks. is there a place I can get it?

edit. I can’t download also. Download gets stuck. and does not finishes. Second time i finished, but it just does not open the package. Archive corrupt too.

Bloody Roar/Beastorizer was one of their oldest releases, so I’m not surprised it doesn’t show up in the archives. Heck, if I remember correctly, the file-tags don’t even point to their current website for one of the albums.

Leon… can’t you re-upload the others somewhere else? Downloading again 3 times, it finishes but it always gives error when I open. The file is downloaded in full size, so that is not the problem. I even used different browsers to download. Same thing happens.

I’ll try to re-upload later (let’s hope the hard drive still works); which file-host would you suggest, guys, besides MEGA? (Received a few DMCA strikes on some of the files and I would like to keep my current account "working" a bit longer, so to speak)

The archive’s filesize is 210 MB (I’ve used WinRAR and included recovery record [10%], you could try to repair the archive, if the extraction fails).

Glad to hear it works now.

Unlikely, the previous archive was created with the software 7-Zip: Compression level setting states – Fastest in Italian, don’t know what’s the term used in the English version of the software. Plus, the user who started the thread originally downloaded from 2shared.com, so the archive hosted there was "fine/working" for a while.

This recent archive, instead, has been created with WinRAR: Compression setting – Best and I also chose to add 10% recovery record, that increased the filesize a bit, but you could have tried to repair the archive on your own, in case a file (or more) didn’t extract successfully.

My favourite album is the one for the PlayStation version of Bloody Roar (http://vgmdb.net/album/2742): love the Opening track, Yugo’s BGM and Uriko’s; that album was also the first I purchased… The unrelenting call of the wild was the start of my VGM collection, the end of 1997… Time sure flies… Damn, I miss my adoptive family.

At any rate, another favourite track of mine is Dangerous Expectation, on the Bloody Roar 3 Sound Track (http://vgmdb.net/album/2737).

and I love the opening in Primal Fury. 😀
Bloody Roar 3 ost and 2, it has a major sin for me… songs are too little. wish they would have looped one more time. I always get the feeling that when I am in the mood of the song , it finishes to quick. Same problem with Extreme ost. … half a hour of music….
