oh yeah. it’s good. Definitely.
It’s a matter of tastes, but if you are into ridge racer music, yes, this is good. The remixes are varied in many electro styles, and it is not annoying or tiring.
I particular like "Drive U2 dancing [AJURIKA Remix]" and "EUPHORIA [RR 20th Anniv. Mix", but that is because I am AYAKO SASO lover. :p
You have from Rave style (Ayako), Drum’n’Bass, and even jazzy electro style around here. The most brutal track is "ROTTERDAM NATION [RR 20th Anniv. Mix]". Shinji Hosoe gave it a very Hardcore sound.
The last track is personal favorite all time. 🙂 It is not my favorite track of the original Ridge Racer game, but I loved the addition of being vocal track with the most known singer of SEGA, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi. I know this is Ridge Racer, but I can’t stop feeling that sometime he will shout "DAYTOOOONAAAAAAAA" 😀
As 20th anniversary, this remix album is one of the best out there. And I like the fact they remixed old 1993 Ridge Racer and the Arcade Ridge Racer 2.
You just can’t thing you are not going to feel nostalgic. 🙂

I never liked Ridge Racer games. But the music always tore me apart. Keep the games coming if it’s an excuse to have more good music. :p

Ah. you are more into funky and jazzy stylish. In my opinion it does not fit a race at all. I think pumping and blood rushing ecstasy does make a much better effect in a racing game.
As of today, my super top tracks of RR games are: "Nitro Mantra" from RR6, and it’s sequel "Nitro Witch" from RR7. It is not because it’s Aya tracks, but They are my top tracks because of what I feel while listening to them, and I do feel like I am inside a car and racing. 🙂

The only remix I like is GRIP, remixed by the very same Sanodg. Others not so much.

OP, thanks for your rip, but it’s unnecessary that you upsample the tracks to 48KHz. Also next time you can add track numbers to the filenames 😉
