Thank you! More gentle Horner cannot be a bad thing. Why are those things surfacing so suddenly? Are there more we are not aware of? Where are the session leaks of ROMEO & JULIET?? ;O)

I have this score (as Amanda stated) with the songs included. I separated them into two albums (disc 1 score, disc 2 songs) and made some custom art for it.

Editorially, I didn’t have to do anything to the score but figure out where the unused cues went, but I can say that it technically is not complete, because after revisiting the film (which I hadn’t done in a few years because I LOVE the score so much and the measly 26 minute score on the OST always annoyed me) there are not only two alternate versions of cues missing, but several cues in the sessions are missing the vocal overlays performed by India. Arie.

Such a shame these aren�t in FLAC…. I hate listening to lossy sourced music…… thanks for the upload…… at least it ain�t another Zimmer thread 😉

I had Sneakers last year, and have had Radio for a few months. I was not asked not to share, but was not told I could either, so I waited. I do not know where the Sneakers poster got it, so can’t say. But since that was shared, and no one I have asked about radio has responded, I decided to post it. I dunno what else is out there, I am way outside of the loop on that. The only reason these two "suddenly surfaced" was because I decided I may as well post Radio, since Sneakers finally popped. If it had not been posted, I would not have put up either.

I like surprises better in small doses, anyway;) Though i don’t think there’s much unreleased Horner of interest left beyond R&J, and maybe Mighty Joe Young, the Zorro’s and Balto (his releases are pretty long).

Oh man, you were so wrong, Amanda: there are plenty of us VERY interested in this! I love the limited material that was on the official release. It’s a change of pace for Horner, doing a whole that would be considered more "feel good". Fantastic stuff. Thank you SO MUCH for taking the chance and sharing!

Here’s my question: i see people saying stuff like this from time to time and it seems kind of hypocritical to me. People are willing to share the hard work of others – composers, orchestrators, mixers, musicians, etc… – for free, robbing them of proper compensation and whatnot, and yet these same people get mad when they are not thanked for the share or someone else posts the same thing without "getting permission". If I/you/we didn’t have permission to share the stuff in the first place then how can I/you/we get mad when someone does the same to me/you/us? It’s like people get possessive about something that’s not even technically their own.

My other thought is that maybe Tapoktro is just trying to provide an alternative download site for people who don’t want or can’t use the originally provided link. Yes, maybe he should state that when he posts the mirror link, but maybe his English isn’t that good. Don’t know, really – just thinking that people’s motivations aren’t always what we think they are.

Also, other people who share actually WANT people to provide alternative links and/or re-ups, so it can be confusing to sort out who’s okay with it and who’s not.

Just some food for thought.
