I do agree with you, Dr. Rozsa was a great composer but he’s especially known for his work at M-G-M, "Quo Vadis", "Madame Bovary" and "Ben-Hur" are the best scores
he ever wrote, at least in my opinion. I will upload more CD’s soon including "A Time To Love and A Time To Die", "Julius Caesar", "Tribute To A Bad Man", "Knights Of The Round Table" and more …

Users maybe don’t know that Eugene Zador was Rozsa’s orchestrator for many of his movies. And the M-G-M Orchestra was certainly the best one in the world in the 50’s and 60’s.

Rozsa, Zador and the M-G-M Orchestra: A wonderful collaboration for the greatest pleasure of our ears 🙂

I’d opine that the M-G-M Studio Orchestra was the worlds finest,from the mid 1940’s onward until their demise in 1972,Daniel.
