Seriously, this thing is near impossible to find!

I’ve located a copy, from Amazon.co.uk, but despite being advertised as new, I’ve found out from the seller that the item is actually damaged (with water spilt on up to half of the pages).
Seriously, am I missing something here when searching for this item? I can’t find a single copy of it on ebay. Has anyone seen another other copies of this game anywhere on the net?

I’m not a collector. In this case, it’s more that I’ve always wanted this book, as I wanted it when I had the game about 10 years ago, and to own it now is to fulfil an old wish I guess. I don’t have a tablet, and I much prefer walkthroughs in book form anyhow. Much more convenient for me.
