PM – could this be a sticky please??

Hi, I’m very very new, and after having a look around I have found out that you have to post 5 to 10 times to have the PM function enabled, could the Admin’s make a quick Sticky to advise people of this please?

Hmm, you’d think they would have done this by now, since I’m sure there’s lots of people who want to get access to the PM function as soon as possible. Although they don’t really need to because it’s technically listed in the rules, right?

There’s a thread about Private Messages if you were all to actually LOOK in this subforum you’d see THIS: Can’t Send Private Messages… (Thread 91016). What makes this thread even worse, is the fact that the thread I linked is the second thread DOWN on the main page from this one.
