Surprisingly it was hardly an "asian" flavored score at all, but i’d say eastern music elements are present in almost every track yet they are not easily evident. ‘L’avventura come guerra’ and ‘Musashi e la vendetta’ are the most obvious ones. But this is Morricone, in his more melodic mode, meaning that it is a score filled with wonderful themes.
