No Daxter quotes like the ones from the galabia hotel site? been hopin for higher quality ones for long time. And yes, you are right about the Title Screen & Sandover Village being the same theme as well as the Vs. Klaww & the Ending Credits.

I am bumping this thread for the sake of not letting it die. For years, I have waited for a more expansive rip for this game, as I am sure others were, too. I am surprised not many others said their thanks for this rip. So "bump" and "thanks again".

Thanks Soooo Much for this. You even have some of the tracks that are missing from other RIPs like the Cannon mix from Sentinel Beach.
However i am not sure if you have all of these…

Sentinel Beach (Sentinel Mix) – Plays when on the sentinels in Sentinel Beach
Geyser Rock (Samos & Keira mix) – Plays when samos or keira is talking on the communicator at Geyser Rock, This is impossible to rip as it is extremely difficult to get to continually play on geyser rock. This Mix has the same tune as the Green Sage Mix.
Mountain Pass (Middle mix) – Plays from the end of the first shortcut to the cave entrance.
Fire Canyon (On Foot Mix) – Plays when on foot at the end of the Fire Canyon near the entrance to Rock Village.
Precursor Basin (Dead Man’s Gorge Mix) – Plays when in the racetrack in Precursor Basin

If you could get these the soundtrack would be complete!

I also checked the missing tracks list from the J&D wiki, hence why I have the missing tracks 🙂

The following tracks are in the rip:

Mountain Pass (Middle Mix) is in there known as (Race Mix) in my rip. There is also the cave mix as well.
Fire Canyon (On Foot Mix) is the exact same as Fire Canyon. It is the same track with no new sounds or alterations I believe. Unless someone presents me with evidence which contradicts this.
Precursor Basin (Dead Man’s Gorge Mix)

As for the Sentinel Beach (Sentinel Mix), I will check and report back on.
Geyser Rock (Samos & Keira Mix) – This I am unsure of but I will check on as well and test to see if when the communicator is active if any new sounds are introduced or subtracted from the mix.

EDIT: Sentinel’s Beach (Sentinel Mix) either doesn’t exist or it is the exact same as the Sentinel Beach (Windmill Mix)

Basically all I’ve done is edited a couple of the Gol And Maia’s Citadel tracks (The yellow sage and red sage mixes) because they contained clicks/pops in them. The game actually has this in it when played back even on a PS2 console. I’ve taken the liberty to remove them from the mix.

Good news everyone, I’ve started working on a rip for Jak II: Renegade.

It’s going to be as comprehensive as this rip. Featuring all the variants that I can find between normal themes, weapon drawn, hover board cruising, combat and more!

I’m also including all of the audio from the cutscenes.

This is just a line-in rip. As in audio dumped during gameplay. No one has figured out the 989 sound engine yet so a proper rip isn’t an option 🙁
