Complete score as heard in the film. If any cues were dialed out for the movie, including the source cues, that’s how they were included on the blu-ray track.
Because of the particular orchestration, I wasn’t too aggressive when
balancing and raising volume levels. You will have to play this louder than usual.
The 1962 album now on CD was an abbreviated re-recording by Mancini, not the original soundtrack.

the CD/LP release seems to be a re-recording and incomplete, so this seemed like a good project. Since the music is available, seems like there must be a Rights issue holding it back.
Agreed that the re-recording(probably)I have is in mp3 @320 and only has 12 tracks that are out of the movie sequence. Yours seems like just about the complete score and is in FLAC. I’ll consider that close enough to what I want and thank you again for your effort. Very deeply appreciated.
Allow me to say that you are both mistaken.
The CD/LP release is not a re-recording.
It’s the original 1962 recording (12 tracks) conducted by Mancini.
If you are interested, I have it in Flac.

it may be conducted by Mancini, but the earlier LP is a re-recording, not the film version. The cues are slightly different. Compare LP "Nancy" with #06 House of Mannequins. The piano keys are different right at the start.
Or compare this segment of LP "Teenage Hostage" and #15 Toby Lured Away. The LP version is from 29-38 seconds. The bluray is from 29-48 seconds.
To be honest, the LP sounds better, with much more stereo separation, but it is a different recording. The rendition of the "wharf" cue almost sounds like a different tune.
I remember hearing the original album, and did not sound too scary.
I suppose this will add more scary tunes.
thanks!
