oh, and although all soundtrack looks and sounds so damn gorgeous, Hiroyuki Namba’s "SPACE CHANTEY (Space Shanty ~ However, Somewhat Seasick)" just breaks all dishes with it’s progressive hard-rock style.
Damn, this soundtrack might be so far my favorite and best 2014 soundtrack for me till now. 😀

that US version Ending you are looking for, that is not even ORIGINAL from the japanese, so no, it’s missing since it’s a US VERSION, like typically USA does not let stuff in their original form, for some stupid reason. Don’t expect that in the original japanese soundtracks. expect that in a toonami cd. By now you should have had some level of knowledge to know what is Japanese and what is USA. But hey, if you are seeing the anime in english version with opening and endings changed, then yes, you are not hearing original work at all. that’s hwat I always hated in the americans. let the fucking shit be played original.

Well you gotta understand that American commercials are usually longer than japanese ones. So they have to have a shortened edited version of the OP/ED so they don’t take up to much time. They recently started showing the original japanese OP so at least they are trying right? 😛

Have you tried looking for the singles? the singles have off vocal versions, instrumentals. and those are never released in soundtracks.

I did some digging, and that track you are looking, you should just calm yourself and wait.
That track was used in a japanese teaser, though I think it is going soon for a ost, since the teaser was also playing 06 love you, dandy.
But…. why the hell they call it Toonami Version if it’ not? I mean, normally Toonami guys have their own composer for the Themes of the animes they decided to change just because. So… the guy from Toonami was really in the japanese ost or what?
I do get why that song is there. I think they might have wanted to give the same vibe as Cowboy Bebop. And it this play well with it.
So Mr_WiseGuy17, let’s not jump to desperation and wait for the other releases. And specially, if some kind soul in the web rips his audio cassette.

To me, there is NO WAY that song was done by some new American composer, especially one who had nothing to do with the rest of the soundtrack. That song uses some of the same synths you hear in all the other tracks, and the recording quality is EXACTLY the same. I highly doubt they found someone with all the same equipment as them, and who used the same exact recording/taping techniques as they did in Japan. Plus what you hear in that song isn’t exactly formulaic, with out a doubt coming from the same mind who did work on other songs for the ost.

The answer to the original question was answered right the first time- You just have to wait for the rest of the soundtrack to come out. OST 1 is only a small portion of the music in the show. Look at how much music there is for Bebop, look at all the different soundtracks for Champloo. Just gotta be patient. There’s a few songs I was really hoping for too on OST 1 that didn’t make the cut, just gotta wait.

It’s entirely possible that the US closing and US ep 1-7 opening are Toonami originals. Toonami & [adult swim] have done it before, often matching the musical style of the show very well (Super Milk Chan comes to mind, though I don’t know who did the US themes on that, so probably not a great example).
It’s also possible that it’s content that will be released on a later OST. Or maybe OST 2 will just be second season material. It’s not uncommon for some tracks to be completely absent from all of the show’s soundtracks (GITS:SAC and Wolf’s Rain come to mind). But even if the US themes aren’t released, you can be sure SOMEONE will post them online; they should be easy enough to rip since there’s no other audio to filter out.
