Notes

-Fading has been done manually with more cleaned up, better looping on tracks, and ending some tracks nicely just like Rockman X4’s music.
-Left out any leftover BGM from Rockman X4 to kill off duplicates to coincide with the CMG X1~6 and the newer Anniversary Box, even if there is some of that BGM on those releases, and even if the Stage Clear BGMs are used in this version of the game.
-Naming it as "Sample", since it was a test version that people played.
-Track naming used from CMG X1~6.

Interesting Beta tracks here. It was amazing to learn what was different about these tracks in comparison to the current versions of the ones we have now be it added or left out music samples or even completely different arrangement (or lack thereof in a few cases) . Of course, this is taking into account that some of these beta tracks were already in the X1-6 OST set, but that’s not the point. This is definitely going to be added to my increasing Mega Man music collection. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing this. Some of these sample tracks are better and some are just as good as in the final release.

Tracks I found better (at least to me):
– Character select
– Stage Select 1
– Stage Start
– Boss
– Zero Stage 1

Tracks I dislike:
– Opening stage zero
– Sigma 1st
– Dynamo

Others not in the list are as good as their iteration in final release. Also Tidal Makkoeen stage sounds like Castlevania BGM =3

It would have been nice if they stuck some of these early BGMs on that newer Rockman X Sound Box release rather than just copying CMG X1~6’s release. It’s the only thing that held me back from purchasing it, aside from two GBC games and that X1 Medley that has early BGM.

Also, "ARMAGEDON" from the X1~6 release doesn’t seem to be anywhere on this build of the game.
