Looking for an English Dub of the First Legend Of the Overfiend Urotsukidōji Series

I own the Bluray From Kitty Media. I bought it from
a comic book store but I am looking for any video
file of the English DUB ( no sub ) for this.
I want to get some samples

I want to rip some audio from the first Legend Of the Overfiend 1989
can I extract audio from a .mkv with either Cubase or Cool Edit Pro
or Adobe Audition ? I want to add the English version of when
the Demon attacks the nurse so people can make me a few tracks
using the samples ……
When the nurse gets attacked that scene is so hot. I ripped
a Japanese version but I want an English version
