"Failed Login Notification"

I just received the following e-mail

Dear Vinnie,

Someone has tried to log into your account on Final Fantasy Shrine Forums with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 86.128.140.206

I just want to make clear that this is NOT me.
If admins would be so kind as to search their users for an existing user account hooked to the same IP address and send them a PM (Maybe another person called Vincent irl who forgot their username).
If not, it might be wise to block this IP for security reasons.

Hello, I just received the same message and I can confirm that the IP address attempting to log in is NOT mine. I too would like to request an admin/mod to send this user a message (if they are a user) and/or block their IP address please.
