I happen to own this Blu-ray edition and I also wonder why Wild Side only included the 13-track album on the boxset. Maybe they didn’t own the rights for the whole soundtrack, maybe they didn’t care, maybe they didn’t search enough to locate the material.

In fact, the extended edition of the soundtrack I posted above is made only of one CD with 25 tracks, not two. According to soundtrackcollector.com, when the soundtrack was first released on LPs and cassettes in 1980, only 13 tracks were avalaible. The edition I posted is the re-release of 1999, wich also contains bonus tracks (tracks 14 to 25).

There is also one small thing that bothers me with this 25-track edition: the tracks are not in chronological order as heard in the movie.

i have the Flac (well technically lossless) obsession, but not the "tracks not in the movie order" obsession yet 🙂

There is also the "a note is missing in track17 at 3:33mn which makes this edition totally not complete and therefore pointless" obsession 😉

We have all kind of autist freaks out here 😉
