I wonder how Utatemeguri Original Sound Track connects with SSH crew. It’s different style and artists here are FLAT, Duca etc.

Yeah I noticed that too. I also noticed that the ones from G WAVE 2004 ～2nd Groove～, Synth de Touhou II, and Touhou Gensoukyou UROBOROS ～fANTASIAsPIRALoVERdRIVE～ were missing. anyhow they are all in this drive folder along with everything else he has done ( https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwfuildRORqlVlVBRUhxOHFWSjA&usp=sharing)

Might I add its got the whole shamu with album covers, translated track names, and other album info. For convenience I separated the arrangements in 4 vol.’s and the originals into 3 vol.’s alphabetically based on his list here. There a bit extra in the last volume of each of the arrangements and originals albums that weren’t on the list, but I acquired over the years, some are probably duplicates, but I can’t tell which are. I think @ god is just flapper girl again but that really the only one I am mostly sure of. Also when downloading note that google drive zip things and seems to have trouble doing so for files over 3 GB. If you go into the ssh folder you see its been divided into 2 parts to address this. so download part 1 then 2, and then the ssh and Aether folder if your having trouble with the straight download.

Lastly, thanks for posting this. It really helped me fill in most of the gaps I was missing as most of his stuff is impossible to find.

So in a sorta reply I bought the forgotten ruins/ click and metal album on iTunes and while it doesn’t have click and metals bonus tracks it still got the others. its in part one of the drive folder I posted above.( I’ll post a link to the folder as well for those extra lazy people :p) Still it’s nice to see he put it on iTunes for once. Still no luck with kohime enbu though :'(

But still, the OST itself is very rare and hard to get.

I went ahead and did the next step which was ripping all 14 vids, using google to translate track names as best I could ( So I probably do some corrections when the whole thing actually comes out) and picking out a suitable picture for the album. anyhow hopefully this can tide everyone over until we can actually get our hands on it.

Google translate isn’t necessary and will result in (possibly amusing) nonsense. I went ahead and looked them up. For the most part they all matched up to the Chinese names with one or two exceptions which were just nonsense . anyhow I corrected it to the romanized names, and added some track numbers

one secondary issue i have is with Utatemeguri Original Soundtrack.
every mp3 file in it has its picture assigned to a BMP file that is 7.4MB size, and its the same for each.
320MB can be saved by removing those large BMP pictures.

SSH posted a free single on soundcloud a couple weeks ago. Last Resort (https://soundcloud.com/ssh_saitama/last-resort), synth-driven song that sounds like it could be an arrangement of a 90s arcade flight-action game or shmup. He has posted some other stuff there in the past, for the unaware. Mostly demos and samples, but a few songs as well.

And a similar artist recommendation: Stone Mcknuckle. He’s clearly a fan of SSH and there are a lot of similarities in their styles, even if their sounds are often a bit different. His arrangement of To Make the End of Battle (https://soundcloud.com/stone-mcknuckle/ys-iii-chronicles-to-make-the-end-of-the-battle-remix) could almost be mistaken for SSH, for example.

I’d actually recommend Hyakutaro Tsukumo in addition. I was recently listening to the Gunhound EX soundtrack and noticed how heavily Tsukumo’s work actually did shape SSH’s particular style. And, not to self advertise, but both have equally influenced me, which you could hear on my soundcloud.

I haven’t seen Kable uploaded anywhere, other than the Yable-Kable release on Amazon music without instrumentals.

VGMDB lists a new Koihime Enbu soundtrack for the updated release, but it doesn’t appear to have anything new.
