Using both 7-Zip and ALZip to extract the files, I found that the Folder jpg in Prowler version shows as blurred cover photo in extraction preview, but does not actually extract with other files. The OST jpg in FilmScore version shows as clear cover photo in extraction preview and does extract with other files.

The only other difference I found was the Prowler files are, on average, 156kb smaller; perhaps due to transfer or conversion methods from original source (just a guess).
Otherwise, track timings and bit rates are identical.
