Hey Guys!
I’m still sort of new here. I posted an introduction last week and about myself. My two passions in life are video games and fitness. I spend around 9 + hours playing video games. I try to eat healthy and make time to work out. Currently my problem is being too thin and needing to gain a few pounds. I’ve been following a meal plan and free guide from AbleGain.com and it seems to be helping, but I need to get to the gym more and work out.
What type of work outs and foods do you guys eat and do to stay fit and gain?
Spending too much time video gaming makes it hard have time to research this stuff.

Also I feel strange that I’m trying to gain while most of my friends want to lose weight.
Who else on here is trying to gain besides me?
