Hey Guys!

This is a Line In rip as I don’t have an audio card with a digital input (either optical or coaxial). I used Audacity v2.0.5 to record (save as FLAC) and WinLAME to encode to MP3. I set the XB1 output to Stereo Uncompressed. The console is plugged into my Sony STR-DA1200ES amp via fibre optic cable. I’ve then set the amp to 2 Channel and used a 6.3mm to 6.3mm TRS cable (a guitar cable I guess) and plugged it into the headphone jack on the front and connected it my PC via Line In.

Not the best solution I know but, it’s all I can manage at this time without spending a lot of money, which I don’t have right now not after buying the XB1 with Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag and Forza 5 for my christmas present this year. Right now my wallet is sitting in the corner, huddled up and rocking backwards and forwards muttering to itself.

All the tracks were recorded from the video game itself under the Campaign > Collectables > Music menu. There are 8 areas / levels with 3 tracks available for you to play per area / level, which makes for 24 tracks in total. I’m not sure if this represents the full score or not it’s just all that’s available from the game.

I don’t have an iOS 7 capable device, I’ve only got an iPad 1st generation so I can’t download the SmartGlass app for the Xbox One and get access to the additional content, whatever it might be in the Ryse companion app.

I’ve used the cover art with all the composers names on it which was provided by banefromshadows from THIS REQUEST POST (Thread 164910) so thanks banefromshadows!

Can you guys believe that I’ve listened to this score almost 12 times since it got uploaded? It’s a crime that the game doesn’t get the recognition it deserves just because the so called "gaming press" didn’t like it. I don’t think you can read XB1 discs with a PC Bluray drive. You couldn’t read X360 discs either. Sorry but there’s no way I’m going to upload a 25GB+ Image. I have a datacapped broadband account (New Zealand) and that would take over a quarter of my monthly bandwidth alone, and that’s assuming I could actually rip the disc in the first place.

Hi guys! 2 things:

-Let’s help Ryse to win the International Music Award from Cordoba, Spain: BsoSpirit – Premios GoldSpirit – XIII Edici�n (2013) – Formulario (http://nueva.bsospirit.com/index.php/premios/goldspirit-xiii-edicion) (video games section with Ryse is at the bottom)

– The other thing is that some of the track names don’t match with what’s actually going on on the game. I know is hard and everyone appreciates the effort, but we should see if we can get in conjunction the real track names or some sort of name that’s close to the real thing. Last but not least, not every track was produced/composed by the 3 composers. For example, Main Menu was Borislav Slavov only.

I am not sure but I had both versions compared and there was a theme missing on the RIP the guys did here (I believe is the end credits theme)

Oh, I see…Hmm? I wonder just how many songs are there in Robert Greens’ Rip…Because Dredds’ rip is missing most of the Action and Cinematic cues, aswell… 🙁 🙁

This DEFINITELY does not present the FULL OST from the Game, but, I will say this much: I Really do appreciate the effort for ripping these Songs. 🙂

I see quite a lot of reviews about the Soundtrack to Ryse but, what’s funny and strange here…is the fact that this company has NOT YET released any kind of release for this game’s Audio…and that REALLY grinds my gears!!!
