As the new year is starting, I was wondering if someone knows something about the Braveheart Recording Sessions or a true Complete Score (without SFX). I know it exists in the hands of the composer and the studio, but does anyone of you know if they are floating around amongst the elite sharers? I would die to know if there is any possibility for my holy grail to surface anytime soon.
Thanks for your time guys!
…sorry, can’t help you out. If this is indeed floating around amongst the elite, these are truly outlawed tunes on outlawed pipes :p
oooo anyone have titanic?
lol
Bitch, please. If this is seriously a request for Braveheart sessions maybe I should start a thread for Terminator 2 and Titanic as well.
Dude, the guy has 39 posts, cut him a little slack! Just keep telling yourself, "It’s all good!" 😀
@ DAKoftheOTA: This is no request. It is just a question if it is floating around inside the elite sharing circles. We know Titanic and others are out there, but I never heard of Braveheart, which is by far one of the best scores of all time imho.
It is certainly up there among the elite scores. Why, I’d give my right han…er… a lot of money to have this score in it’s complete form! hehe
I would give both my hands and a lot of money for this one 😉
😀

Actually, we DON’T know Titanic is in those circles at all. I have encountered 2, maybe 3 who claim to have them. None has offered a shred of proof and I am iffy on the trustworthiness of them. RUMORS, smoke dreams of Titanic, maybe. Set your sights lower. Out of the glare of the doomed search of music to a doomed ship, other Horner sets may **possibly** exist. We did recently receive Perfect Storm, for example.
The way the trading circles work, is in secrecy. So IF it were out there, they would not SAY it was out there, since that defeats the point.
Braveheart would indeed be nice, along with Casper and Balto since 1995 was a huge year for Horner, and having other scores from that year (Jumanji in DVD isolated score form, Jade as a LLL limited edition, Apollo 13 has great recording sessions) in expanded form is a great thing.
