Forgive me for my english. Thanks.
You see, i like to listen console games soundtrack, like SMD, NES, GBA, NDS and others.
I’m always downloading original soundtrack files, like VGM, 2SF, GSF and others, i listen them via foobar.
When i want to listen this music on my music player, i convert it to flac.
SO, the question is – how can i extend music, so it can repeat for more than 2 times?

In Foobar, go to File>Preferences [or press Ctrl+P], and then go to Playback>Input>Game Emu Player and change the time according to your preferences. This should take care of all your 8- and 16-bit files [SNES, Genesis, and "Earlier" stuff].
Now go to the Decoders for your other game formats [USF, GSF, QSF, etc.] and change them accordingly as well. If you want to shorten them from there, You can import them into Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/) [or the audio editor of your liking] and tweak them from there.
Alternately, If you have an iPod Classic, you can simply load Rockbox (http://www.rockbox.org/) onto it, and run the original files straight away.

Thank you, good sir. I found a "loop count" option in Game Emu Player settings.
That’s all i wanted and needed. I’m very grateful to you.
