I downloaded the link with the folder that says FLAC folder, but it’s in .m4a? Excuse my ignorance if it’s also lossless.

Yeah m4a is loseless. I tag the links as FLAC for another reason……….but i always make sure to label the links ALAC in the OP so people know what they are actually getting.
