Breakfast at Tiffany’s OST with rare tracks

Does this exist? Apparently the OST released only has 12-13 tracks and alot of music was cut out including the music where she gets out of the cab looking for cat, and the moon river (reprise)

oh strange it was to a discogs page but I guess it’s blocked? anyway it has 25 tracks its the european version as opposed to the other versions which only have 12-13 tracks
