Basically it’s this promo (http://www.ebay.com/itm/SWEET-HOME-ALABAMA-2002-Promo-Only-SCORE-CD-George-Fenton-UNRELEASED-32-Tracks-/200981518356?pt=Music_CDs&hash=item2ecb6e9814) with additional material added from the OST. Two tracks from the OST were only suites, I skipped those.
Basically all tracks from the film are there, so you might call it a "complete score". Some tracks are not featured in the film version, which is why it’s tagged as expanded.
