I have a habit of seeking out physical copies of the soundtracks I like the most. That way I can always have the highest quality backup, that won’t go away because of a crash (hard drives don’t even live to 10 years).
After reading the graphic novel adaptation of Ozma of Oz, I started looking at Return to Oz differently. Sure, it cannot replace the books, but it is a well-executed experiment; a side story. A very unique film. Some think it is shite. Well, good for them. However, you must completely lack taste to not think the orchestral score is anything but marvelous.
