Regards Jessie for flac,
http://forums.ffshrine.org/showthread.php?t=85177&highlight=
This is far beyond a nice job, i suppose it has been a huge effort both to rip and upload these files.
Plus, in Lossless! I had given up finding a nice soundtrack of PoP 2008 a long time ago, and now this.
A Like button cannot express what I feel right now. Just wanted to say that. It made my whole forthcoming year ^^
From 2005 until now i search tools for extracting music from archives.Only God and my familly know how many nights i don’t sleep because i stay with eyes on layers, loops unsorted fragments without any name.
I have more sadness because my thread is on last pages…my work is not apreciated.I am not complaining here but i feel no satisfaction when people not saw my thread wich i spended 5 hours for creating. So bad.I will upload the whole collection in mp3 format in 1 archive.Maybe someone see this thread and press that little button or just say that simple word who is here 999999 times sayed.:)Have a nice day.

ORIGINAL
RIPPED (Just missing tracks wich are not in original)

What’s the source of the ORIGINAL soundtrack.. the ”23 tracks” of TTT ? just curious!! I have never seen this release before, and the Classics HD Trilogy cover belongs originally to the trilogy release, right? ^^ Prince of Persia Trilogy Original Game Soundtracks – VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/23311)
Yeah, it’s pretty much stuff from Inon Zur’s website (Opening, Chariot Race #2, End Of Vizier) and stuff from the 2010 trilogy soundtrack (Amazon) release that Jessie posted here. There’s been no higher quality version, despite my wanting for it.

Thanks man.
Too many songs on both are exactly the same, do you think you’ll reupload with the duplicates removed?
I think, no difference. Both the PC & XBOX were 59 cues for each other the ”MIX & UNMIX”, and for me i respect the XBOX’ rip especially they were in wav. not Ogg. holy ‘cow this is the highest quality i have ever heard from TFS ” Kudos to NJ” ^^ burn them and enjoy.
Nicejob, do you think you’ll reupload with the duplicates removed?

Awesome, Thank you.
Too many songs on both are exactly the same, do you think you’ll reupload with the duplicates removed?
The difference between xbox and pc is:
xbox used xma files pc used ogg files.
For tfs only they put good quality on xma than in ogg.
Second thing and principal is in xbox version is not pop’s or scratch noises at the end of music segments.I already compared each song.So xbox version have better quality than pc version with no quality lost because was converted to wav.
———- Post added at 08:49 PM ———- Previous post was at 08:29 PM ———-
Yea, try ”The Stable – Combat (MIX)” in both PC and XBOX and you will see the difference! the XBOX rip is freaking awesome, that’s what i was looking for long time ago ^_^
Credits goes at first to Alpha 32 for great ubisoft xma script.Hard to create that script.Respect his work as I live:)
For forgotten sands mixing layers was easy for me.Score was mixed exactly as in game when you play.
But for prince of persia 2008 was extremely hard. That different order freaking me up.This kind of sorting make you lose mind;).I played pop 2008 20 times.2 for fun and 18 for music.Puzzle music segments was really a bad thing. But every start has an end.For pop 2008 a good ending. With pop 2008 i was happy because it was in good quality without any scratch or pop’s.Pop 2008 pc have the same quality with xbox version. The same bitrate and the same sampling rate.
Thank you for support and thank all for apreciate this work. The bad thing is:they quit francise.I think no new Pop rise anymore. They quit making pop for assassin’s creed series…
Yeah, I gotta admit, I dislike the approach that Ubisoft are taking at the moment, I find all their games buggy and glitchy (Rayman Legends and Splinter Cell) in comparison to their Assassin’s Creed games, which I haven’t played since ACII.
On-topic, I was wondering, the cutscenes that Goback posted in .OGG (on the previous page of this topic), was it already included in Nicejob’s rip, or not?

No cutscene including for my rip tfs because are to much repetative and you have it on official release b steve and penka.

By any chance, are the Two Thrones tracks 48kHz rips? I’ve personally checked every version I could get my hands on (PC, Gamecube, Xbox, PS2, PSP, Wii, PS3), and they were uniformly 24kHz. So far as I’m aware, no version of the game exists with high-quality audio.
For wav version i have the same bitrate as your rip’s.I convert them directly from segments pc game.No bitrate modification for wav.Mentioned ttt rip are just missing tracks from ost.
For mp3 version i decide increase bitrate to 48 000.You can see a little difference.High rises when convert from low rate to high rate.
It’s weird, because all PC versions of Sands of Time have 48kHz audio, and SOME PC versions of Warrior Within have 24, others 48. Two Thrones got screwed (despite having some of the best music in the series, IMO).

Made a couple of mixes of some of the ripped The Two Thrones music files. Thanks to Nicejob for the original upload and Stuard Chatwood for creating such awesome music.
Too bad they never released an official complete soundtrack of T2T!

And disrespectful.
Especially because it’s IMHO the best soundtrack of the Sands of Time trilogy.

My pleasure!!! I absolutely agree with you. I wasn’t able to extract the music files in reasonable quality from the game myself (-> Nicejob’s T2T files sound slightly better), but i’ve just stumbled upon this upload (http://ddl-music.org/download/9644/Stuart_Chatwood_-_Prince_of_Persia_-_The_Two_Thrones_OST/):

320 KBPS EXCEPT ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACKS DIGITAL VERSION.
That mp3 archive contain the whole soundtrack mixed exactly as ingame/and is mixed directly from wave-ogg files.
Already checked in past your download. Is an record from ps2 make it by a girl from England. She was my girlfriend. She’s name is Bunnyboiler BunnyBoiler72 – YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJeBAEpjGgIRl8PvchjL_PA) .
Check back what i have posted already.Gamerip tracks is just missing tracks from ost.I keep only different ripped tracks wich missed from ost.No reason for make a complete rip with the same songs with a bad quality.
Believe me:your download is recorded from ps2.That tracks have no properly start or ending.:)
I will reupload sands of time and warrior within with cue. After that you can use medieval cue splitter. No quality lose and you will have all tracks separated. You can use foobar for that.
Anyway you can found clue in the same folder with sot and ww but is hiden;)
sot have not?
check hiden file.
Reupload Sands of Time and Warrior Within with properly cue and properly tag.Drag cue in foobar and you should see all tracks.
Or am I wrong?
I have this 192 kBit/s TTT soundtrack too, it’s a bonus from gog.com that comes with purchasing the game. It has got higher quality
than the PC music files, but nevertheless it sounds not very well. The VBR rip you may find on he internet is worse, so don’t try to download 😉
It’s very sad, that poor quality. Especially with such an awesome track as Mahasti, best boss music I’ve ever heard 😀
So when you (Nicejob) mind BunnyBoiler here, I asked her (?) for the files she uploaded on YouTube when I was watching for the Forgotten
Sands soundtrack. She sent me a link to a 256 kBit/s mp3 folder, which will be now replaced by yours. However deliver thanks to her!
1 Pop 2008 Pc have Ogg’s extracted directly from streamedsounds.forge-no need converted.
1 Pop 2008 Xbox have Xma’s extracted directly from streamedsounds.forge-need converted to wav.4 years i fight transform xma without success.1 year i beg Alpha32 for make a script for me.When i give up,he made a greate work!
Already said in this thread:xma is something like wma created for xbox.Xma must be converted because we can’t play it.Ogg no need converted:result no quality lose.
So audio files from xbox are not better than audio from pc.Pc better.
Again Bnna hahahhaha
2 Bunny Boiler Recorded score from all pop games. You know what is record? In line rip.Quality is so damaged and score is not completed because is a record not an rip and because score is based on 6 segments wich must be mixed exactly like in game when you climb, walk, jump and fight, etc.
So if you wanna send thanks Bunny for records scores,go now.Hurry up!Don’t post here.
When i wanted say thanks for someone i go when that person can be found.I don’t post in wrong site.
3 If you really wanna say thanks i give you some specially names:
Zench,Kataah,Alpha23 and Jessie
4 Stop spam here please!
What did I wrong? I ask things about the music, why is that spamming?
Second- What you’re writing is technically incorrect. I guess you know the xma files’ bitrates,
but it had been mentioned in this thread that XBox soundtrack would sound better, so I guessed
they’d be higher. Either way there’s no quality loss with conversion to LOSSLESS. But
actually I can not really hear a difference between Pc and XBox version or least the recorded one.

Seriously, ”there’s no difference” i think you don’t belong here. Also you’re free to leave. ^^

Bitrate of pop xbox xma is 114-115 kbps the same as ogg pc.All know ogg is better than wma(xma)I told you:xma is an compressed audio lossy file. The same as wma.I know what ubisoft put on their games.Always they put low quality.
xma to wav no quality loss.Agreed,But what is the point for pop2008?Should i waste time in vane converting xma to wav just for have an converted files with big size?
Check back to see:only on xbox tfs i found few scratches at the end of segments.pc version have much more distorsioned end’s.I compared xbox with pc 100 times.
You wrong when you said ”However deliver thanks to her!”
O my God!!!!!!
Why?
She make an record not an extraction like me!
You will not find in my collection something from Bunny Boiler.I just borrow file names which i accepted them.
like "How are you?". Don’t take that too serious, please. I have just listened to a few snippets
of the soundtrack since I didn’t find the time to listen to all.
Well, it’s hard to accept that all these soundtrack is 128 kBit/s…
Different issue:
I can remind a track from PoP2008 which mixed the two puzzle themes of the Royal Palace (The
name was like Corrupted Puzzle Remix).
It has been on a "Recording Session" Teaser which I found half a year ago. Can anyone help me
out with this track?

PRINCE OF PERSIA MP3 MIXED LIKE IN GAME.rar (2.55 GB)
Nicejob,
I am excited by the promise of the work you’ve done. Thank you. I’m a soundtrack fan, but not much of a gamer. I have found some game scores (like Age of Conan) can be superior to many film scores. Unfortunately, I am hoping for a middle eastern-themed symphonic score. Is that what these are? I only ask because there is a YouTube video of an entire score "Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within Original Soundtrack – HD" which starts off with (and has a great deal of) what seems to be hard electronic guitar music.
I just was hoping for clarification before I commit to a 2+ GB download. If it is a lot like that, then I would have wasted my time. Is there much of that guitar music in these? I always expect to pull some cues I don’t like, but this is a lot of music (thank you again), and I don’t wish to download if I’m just going to keep a few minutes of it. But if this is what I hope it to be, it is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
Your clarification will be most appreciated.
You will not be dissapointed.

No.I didn’t have mixed as wav because i wanted keep them as they are.I use foobar wich play chuncks loops best.Is the same as mixed when you play with foobar.I don’t find the reason to mix them in wav.I mixed only as mp3 for my car.

Nicejob, what bitrate and sample rate was the audio for the Xbox 360 version? Can the cutscenes be ripped from there now?
Why say was?
You didn’t check?
Yes.Repeat:cutscenes can be ripped but i will never do that because its the same with original version…
Bitrate from xbox is 48 kbps
Format : XMA to Wave
Overall bit rate mode : Constant
Overall bit rate : 1 536 Kbps
Audio Format : PCM
Format settings, Endianness : Little
Format settings, Sign : Signed
Codec ID : 1
Bit rate mode : Constant
Bit rate : 1 536 Kbps
Channel count : 2 channels
Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz
Bit depth : 16 bits
So recording with fraps is pointless since i have original files 😛 line vs rip = rip always win.

So recording with fraps is pointless since i have original files 😛 line vs rip = rip always win.
I know rip always wins, although I couldn’t find cutscenes in your rip… like the very first one where the Prince loses his donkey and Elika appears.

I don’t understand how XBOX version is better than PC if the .xma files are only 48kbps. Zench’s DecUbiSndGUI tool extracts the original OGGs (PC version, when you save in original format) in 112kbps. 🙁
I honestly don’t remember where I got these, I’ve had them for a wee while.

First of all, thanks for the Upload!! At last I’ve found a source, where I can download the POP 2008 soundtrack! Thank you sooo much!
I apologize, if the following question is dumb as hell: What the difference between the POP 2008 soundtrack "Ripped mixed" and "Ripped unmixed" Soundtrack? If I have understood it correctly, these are the ripped sound-files from the game-data. But what is the "mixed"-version? Who mixed it and with what?
I’m sorry sorry sorry if that’s a noob-question…

Mixed soundtrack contain tracks mixed and spliced together one after one.
Unmixed soundtrack contain the same soundtrack like in game but each track have start and end.Is individual.Separated with start and end.Other are mixed together.
Is not a newbie question.
You can feel the difference when you start listen and compare them.
Example :
1.puzzle tracks in mixed soundtrack is the same as in game.
2.puzzle tracks in unmixed is exactly how i find it in archive file unmixed segments.
I like to hear prince of persia soundtrack mixed and unmixed.
If you want listen as in game, delete unmixed soundtracks.
I shared exactly what i have found.
qobuz usually has true lossless, sometimes even in higher bitrates like 24-bit/192kHz…
I’ve been requesting those soundtracks for years, but everyone mistakens them for the other Officialy Trilogy soundtrack released in 2005.

100% Qobuz have only lossless albums.I ask owner and he confirm that+i download Ac Revelation flac from ffshrine then check with tool Lossless Audio Checker and all tracks results lossless. That Ac was buy from Qobuz.
So again:

Which version are you talking about, the XBOX or the PC version (the one that you can extract with Xench’s DecUbiSndGUI)? I still have all versions of POP2008 since I have no idea which one is lossless.
Bro,i never ripped pop2008 xbox version because have xma’s and have the same quality as pc version ogg.i ripped only pc version with decubisndgui.Maybe you mean The forgotten sands xbox:P wich is xma-lossy converted to wav.
Ok. Got it. PC and XBOX version of POP2008 = Same quality.
That ‘Hope Is Lost’ is the only cutscene from the Bonus DVD that’s available on any custom editions right now.
Well I started a thread asking for a track from a cutscene… That’s quite embarrassing…
Hold on, by ‘cutscene’, do you mean the high quality cutscenes; the animations? Like the ‘Despair and Hope’ from WW?
P.S: Could you send me a link to the ‘Hope Is Lost’ track? Thanks

No no no! Warrior Within’s release was complete, apart from the two Godsmack songs used.
I don’t recall POP2008 having an high-res cutscenes… But WW and T2T had SFX and possibly dialogue mixed into the .bik video files for the PC version…
‘Hope is Lost’ was from POP2008’s Bonus DVD Disc that came along with the X360/PS3 Collector’s Edition. The only hi-res cutscenes they had were for all of Elika’s flashbacks with the King and Ahriman.
The track I asked for is really epic, and I’ve always wanted it! 😀
I’ve had a look earlier on in this thread, but every link is dead for the WW and I can’t find any other complete rips anywhere, can someone please reupload?
Sorry, I can get quite impatient! 😛 But you know how excited somebody gets when they finally get something they’ve wanted for a long time.
As I’ve stated on another thread, that’s your best chance since 90% of VGMs/Scores/soundtracks are mirrored as torrents from here. Also, it’s better when it comes to Varese releases since you’re not PM’ing people on here for links.
Thanks Anyway!
Added all cutscenes and cinematic score for the forgotten sands xbox.Quality is good.No scratches and pops like pc version.

I am 100% sure cutscene music for pop2008 isn’t in bik video files. You know why? I have ripped cutscenes tracks but are able to play only 10 % from whole track then i hear only scratches. The problem is on Decubisnd tool from Zench!
I like opening music – In the storm called when prince drope into canyon 😉 others are cutscene tracks 10 seconds.
Seems we can’t have everything in this world. The same sh1t as in Two Thrones.Bad quality+cinematic music in bik files..and was beauty tracks.
Only if someone it’s a friend with Inon Zur and Stuart Chatwood for ask about complete tracks.Or someone who work at Ubisoft.

Thanks for the new upgrade NJ. We do appreciate your Nice Job here for POP…
Meanwhile, I’ve been at work converting the .bik files into .mp3/.wav, and have been removing the SFX and dialogue manually, therefore creating a full ripped soundtrack 🙂
Great!! Love to see more unreleased tracks from T2T in a higher quality, that missing from the 2011 Trilogy, like the Ambient cues, The Brothel, The Twins, The Plaza….etc Yeah, The Plaza/Dark Prince fight is my favorite. 😉
Well, I got a reply of Ubisoft, and unfortunately they do not share soundtrack… 🙁
But, good news for Goback, I just smashed this together: Surprise For Goback (http://www.mediafire.com/?f3ysavc66a5b7ad)
Here’s the link: http://www.bit.ly/WTZLJ4
I have to warn you that Kaileena’s and the Prince’s voices are still pretty noticeable. I couldn’t remove them any more than I have, and I hope you can understand that. But they’re still relatively listenable, I would say, and they’re probably the best you’re gonna get, especially since I had to remove them manually. There isn’t an Album Art on it, so you can add your own if you want.
TTT should be done by the 15/09/2014.

So what’s this, all the cutscenes or just the missing ones? Whats the bitrate for the files?
Also, if you have to keep SFX and dialogue, there’s nothing you can do about it. I remember when I was making a custom soundtrack to something and all the BINK video files had SFX encoded in them.

Well, make sure that you’re not combining the files/loops to mp3 output, keep the original .WAV format as a lossless source!! Not like, what you did for the Plaza track.
Also, if you have to keep SFX and dialogue, there’s nothing you can do about it. I remember when I was making a custom soundtrack to something and all the BINK video files had SFX encoded in them.
Yeah, the BINK files DO have voices and dialogue encoded within, and I was removing the dialogue and SFX the best I could. Because this is my first attempt at removing them manually, I don’t know what the bit rate is. (I’m so clever) All I know is that I kept the files EXAXTLY as they were, just without the vocals.
Yesterday I converted two files into .wav (Sacrificial Altar and Unfinished Business which were donated by Goback), and when I removed the SFX and dialigue I noticed that the program I was using removed dialogue a lot better. All others were in .mp3, and not as high quality. I’ll covert all files to .wav for TTT so that they are the best that I can get them, then maybe reupload a higher quality collection for WW.
Also, the link above is all the BINK files that Inon didn’t compose, so they’re the in-game animation cutscenes (if that makes sense).
Well, make sure that you’re not combining the files/loops to mp3 output, keep the original .WAV format as a lossless source!! Not like, what you did for the Plaza track.
I did that with the Plaza track because it didn’t really matter; it isn’t an official upload.

Please, let’s try to restore all the music component of PoP in 2008 in high quality, or at least find the archive that I could not find//

What I had up there, was barely any of the content nicejob had. If you do want POP2008, I can try my level best to get the MP3 version of it up, but I have 3 different versions of it.
And he did mixes for all the consoles.

Because of your post i remember myself.First time when i don’t have knowledge about ripping or programs who can record soundscreen i created a cable and i plug into line in pc.Then i start recording Prince of Persia 2008 while playing. My wife said to me:”You are crazy!”
I answer:i have all patience in the world for this awesome soundtrack!
I used nero recording and saved as wav.4 times i give up and at final 5 i made make a recording project.
I think NCFirebolt21 do it the same job as me.He know how hard was everything until i made rip this.Zench is the best programer. He created that tool called:DecUbiSndGui.
I enjoy more ubisoft music because of him.Respect Zench! You made my dreams come’s truth.

Wasn’t there people on here who were silently working on completing Warrior Within and The Two Thrones with the cutscene/unreleased music? What happened to those projects?
I was attempting to remove the voices from the cutscenes. I completed Warrior Within but the voices were still hearable and the tracks were almost unlistenable.
HOWEVER, if someone could PM me a link with some 320kbps cutscenes from the two games, I would be able to drown the voices A LOT more than I have.
Since my past contribution to this thread, I have became significantly more experienced with editing music like that, and would be more than happy to remove the voices from cutscenes.
The problem I has last time was that the cutscenes I ripped them from came from a converted YouTube video, meaning that the music was at a very low 98/128kbps bitrate, and the voices were hardly recognised by the program. This came with the exception of "Unfinished Business" and "Sacrificial Altar" provided in my link I posted before (I will reupload and update) which were provided in 320kbps by T-1000. Those were much better than the others.
EDIT: Here’s a link to the past work I did on all the cutscenes of Warrior Within: http://www.mediafire.com/download/3ci1kxbothjtijf/POPWW_Cutscenes_Rip.zip
Listen to "Unfinished Business" and "Sacrificial Altar" and compare the quality to the other clips. That’s what I would hope them all to sound like.

The Two Thrones and Warrior Within have the best cutscene music…
It’s not that there "isn’t a way". You just need a good music editing software and some good knowledge of the program.
I mean obviously they’re going to be completely perfect and what you stated would be correct in the fact that it would be almost impossible to completely remove the voices from the music, but it’s the same with almost all ripped cutscene music. The most I can do, if someone can PM me, is remove the voices using the most amount of effort I can and at least make the music we all know and love listenable.
That’s my goal! 🙂
EDIT 2: I messaged both Inon and Stuart too. Inon didn’t reply however you have been saved from Stuart. I have to say that he was very rude when he messaged me back. He was asking me to check iTunes for the song. It’s obvious that they weren’t going to be on there ("they" being the cutscene cues) but I looked anyway. Nope.
Messaged back and he just blanked me out saying that "they don’t keep the music on hand, therefore I can’t help". Ubisoft may be worth an email…?
EDIT 3: Yep. Another edit.
One thing I could do is hook my HD-PVR to my PS2 and record the cutscenes, then convert them to MP3. This does come with the loss of bitrate during the conversion however, and the settings on the audio recordings of the HD-PVR are terrible, even when set to full. At the end of all the editing and conversions, especially if you’re looking for FLAC, the songs are going to be almost 100% unlistenable…
I usually work with MP3. I just find them easier to use, easier to listen to and just plain… easier. Don’t get me wrong, FLAC clips sound brilliant but any bitrate above 320 just sounds exactly the same. Unless you play them on a mobile device and put it right up to your ear and purposefully listen out for the crackling noises, that is.
Again, a PM of what I requested above will complete the collection like MCFirebolt wants, and quite frankly I have nothing better to do with my life. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes Insipidus which is nothing serious but untreated it could be life-threatening, and I would just love to have these added to my collection. I do not have the game for PC, no.
Trust me, if I did, the cutscenes would’ve been posted in perfect quality already. 😉
Alrighty, hopefully no more edits.
Yup! They’re done, and up for download: https://www.mediafire.com/?6oentjli9d7x4i3
Format: WAV
Bitrate: 1024
Amount of Files: 12
Composer: Stuart Chatwood
Album Art: None. I’ll leave someone else to do that.
Thanks to T-1000 for providing these files in such a high bitrate!
However, some things to note:
1. Obviously, they’re not completely perfect. They’re the best as I could get them.
2. They are listenable, however. The only thing that makes these remotely unlistenable is the "S" sounds in speech made by the Empress and Kaileena.
3. They do have custom names. They’re easy to recognize so don’t panic.
4. The program I used to remove the voices may have edited some violin sounds from the music as it thought it was a voice. This probably hasn’t happened but there is no guarantee that all the songs will be perfect.
5. The cues are not in order – I have just put them in the order that T-1000’s file had them in.
Enjoy 😛
Hope you will find that patience to do the same for The Two Thrones<3
So sin because we don’t have these video scene music in good quality.I am verry sad because of that.

Yep, you’re right. It’s sad that these cutscenes have the best music but aren’t provided in the OST album.
Anyways, I will be able to do the same with the Two Thrones because I am a very patient person and also these don’t take long – it only took me a couple of hours to do the Warrior Within Cutscenes so it shouldn’t take me much longer to do the Two Thrones.
Someone will need to provide the default cutscenes for me again.
Also, thanks for providing the link on the main post. I appreciate it! 🙂

Maybe in time someone from ubisoft will steal whole music from prince of persia in studio quality and upload somewhere then will post link here.Of course this is a dream 😉
Yep, well I have already contacted Ubisoft in the past and unfortunately the music is unavailable. I’m going to be a minor annoyance and try again! 😉
I’ll let you know what the reply is.
"Complete Project"?
You mean the whole thing – all games?
If that’s the case it’s going to be faster downloading them individually. It’s a pain in the arse but it’s worth it.

Also, news on Ubisoft… Well, there isn’t any.
No reply.
It’s sad really, I would hope, like nicejob said, that someone at Ubisoft would release Warrior Within and The Two Thrones in studio quality. Like I said before I’m really confused as to why they would release the Sands of Time cutscenes but after that, stop. The Sands of Time is the only Official Soundtrack here that is actually one hundred percent complete. Shame… 🙁

Np man.I have high download speed.
Please post link if you have it.
Looking for lossless (ripping process) of The Forgotten Sands game-rip.
In my opinion it was better as individual links.
However, I don’t think Nicejob is gone for good! He will return one day, I believe.
You could start another one… Have you got all the files?

Is just a reupload.

Are you planning on putting them back as individual links, nicejob? I think it’s better that way because people can pick what they want, and it’s a slight inconvenience if they have to download a 4GB file just for the OST of one game.
My best net gone. Now i upload with 100 kbps..
Nah, I don’t think that’s included, it’s a holy grail for me at the moment (mainly for T2T music)!

Also, "Battles: Prince of Persia" has some of the original trilogy’s music but with no vocals, percussion and etc. It may be worth it to check it out for variations.
Never seen any music from this one here before.

I made some covers for the original trilogy, posted here (http://www.vgmcovers.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html), and in the Official Custom Covers thread. Be sure to check them out!
I love them, nice work. 🙂
Can you provide these covers in high resolution? If it possible, of course.
Yep, don’t think it’s part of the collection.
No guarantee of good quality though. It’s for the Nintendo DS so it’s not going to be the best.

Well, I tried doing 1000×1000 but the covers looked worse than they do at the moment. I could try, but they’re probably not going to look as good as they do at the moment. 500×500 is probably the largest I can make the low-res ones, unfortunately. Thanks for the kind words. 🙂
Not a problem. They are pretty good. 🙂
I guess it’s the same story as their work for TTT, Chatwood did the ingame music, while Zur did the main theme and cinematic/cutscenes/combat music.
You can feel the sound in the The Vale/Alchemist combat, for instance. Well, it’s 100% pure Chatwood’s music.
Usually, Zur’s sound is more orchestral, I get it form his work for Dragon Age and EverQuest. Just my thoughts.

IIRC, Zur did the bulk for POP2008. And if I’m also correct, he is credited before Chatwood in the Credits roll post-game.
I know the entire promo that came with the collector’s edition and the other exclusive 10-track Japanese release was Zur’s work…
In the end credits, Chatwood was first. Perhaps alphabetical.
There’s more chance that Zur did the bulk, like Firebolt said as Zur was mentioned first in the post-game credits – the end credits are probably alphabetical.

I can’t seem to find any websites with proper credits.
For example, The Forgotten Sands music. Steve Jablonsky did the main theme, all the cinematic/cutscenes and all the main combat music. While Penka Kouneva did the entire ingame music. It’s like, she did 90% of the game music.
If you know well how the sound of Chatwood’s music really is, you’ll figure out what he did in POP2008. He had a big role in there, I believe.
I can hear a lot of re-tracked samples, instruments, ethnic sounds and percussions from The Two Thrones.

We have all the proper credits for TSOF, WW and TFS. You can tell, because they have their own original OST releases.
For TTT and POP:2008. Just use your intuition! Haha. I’m serious. lol

I always thought that Jablonsky did most of TFS, so you’re saying stuff like Storm The Fortress and The Last Stand were Penka’s work (even though credited to Jablonsky)?

Yeah the re-sampling of T2T stuff in 2008 is evident, part of the main theme itself borrows from the first cutscene of T2T… other than that, I’m not sure what’s been rehashed for POP2008 from the SoT trilogy…
Listen here (https://soundcloud.com/penka_kouneva/princeofpersia-suite) to Penka’s suite/montage for TFS on her Soundcloud page. I’m pretty sure, you’ll figure out what exactly she did for that game.
Now we get that Razia’s Theme originally written by Penka. Impressive!
A matter of fact, all the OST tracks that credited to Jablonsky are everything he did for TFS music.
Storm The Fortress and The Last Stand… were his work, for sure.

I’ve got a small extract of Penka’s work on my hard drive somewhere… it’s got a couple of ambient/puzzle/combat/platform themes.
My understanding of when TFS released, was that Jablonsky worked on 90% of the score and Penka did the remaining, i.e. certain things like Razia’s theme.
Finally…..
Holy cow! Thanks Jessie. 🙂
Also, what the hell is this?: 992189-BCK | Prince of Persia: The Official Trilogy Soundtrack – VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/1889)
I don’t recognise any of those tracknames. Apart from a few…
Jessie’s post is the original Prince of Persia Trilogy, 2011 (digital release) (http://vgmdb.net/album/23311), it does have 19 tracks of never-before released music from TTT. The rest are selections from TSOT and WW original releases.

That one was released physically in 2005, and it does have selections from TSOT, the cinematic themes from WW (Zur) and
the last four tracks are theme suites from TTT (Chatwood).
is there a possibility to reupload the Prince of Persia Prodigy Please ?
And I’m not the biggest fan of gapless albums…

It’s alright now, NCFirebolt. All the tracks working very well. No gapless, no shit. lol
I’ve been in talking with Jessie recently about that problem. And he kindly fixed it.
Re-download the new update here (Thread 85177).
