Very lovely, jazz-styled score by Kanno. Not my rip.

OSTLIB – Movies, TV series and video games – Shin Hanshichi Torimonochou (http://japan.ostlib.com/movies/shin-hanshichi-torimonochou/) (loosely) translates the title as Samurai Police Records.
Google Translate has it as New semi-seven Detective Story, which sort of ties in with the last track.
