Yasuharu Takanashi Plagiarism??

So what do you thinks??

I listened to both of them and really the only thing that is the same is the beginning part. That doesn’t really qualify as plagiarism but would MIGHT count as sampling (using a small part of someone elses music and making a song from it). Since the beat is slightly different in the beginning Children of bodom version (you can hear a Synthesizer along with the guitar) they could probably get away with it since the rest of the song is for the most part is different enough to be it’s own thing.
