You need a 94 track session of the last samurai with some variations and alternates? no problem, i�m hearing so many variations and alternate endings or beginnings from the cd-score we`ve got. i can cut all these pieces to alternate track with variations, everywhere i�m hearing differences. and trust me, i�m hearing a lot of variations on the sessions that leaked yesterday and the official score. with mixing the official score and the sessions, i�m sure we can get also that 90 track session you have a desire for ^^

My point was that 36 tracks with no alternates, inserts, demos, suites or outtakes is not the recording sessions. Sessions are usually longer in length than 36 tracks. Look at Avatar – that is the sessions. The Last Samurai is not. I’m just trying to get people to understand that. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve seen a cover for TLS with the misleading "recording sessions" plastered all over it

Holy shit! This has been at the top of my most desired scores for a while now. Thank you SO FREAKIN’ MUCH! I will be listening to this tonight as I lie in bed, earphones in, with no distractions, savoring every note. I’ll probably wake my wife up, moving my arms to the music, hahaha. Cheers!

I was wondering the same thing. I haven’t heard all the tracks yet and I downloaded this months ago (what a shame!) so I could be wrong but I didn’t hear anything like the Dreamworks logo/Marty’s dream sequence from the beginning, or a cue when the zoo attendants are taking them food after the show, which happens before they sing happy birthday to Marty… Once again, I could be wrong, and those cues could be somewhere else in the whole set but I haven’t heard them so far. Regardless this is a great version of the score, compared to the crappy official release that includes like 5/6 score tracks and the rest is the songs used in the film…

Yes, this is so much better than the OST!!!

As for those cues, yes, I’ve listened to these sessions several times now and I haven’t heard the DreamWorks logo, or Marty’s dream… and I wish we had the slates,too… still, mustn’t be ungrateful now!! It is wonderful to have this!

And at least we have the sessions to all three movies now! 🙂

Has anybody else got trouble with Track 3 ("Penguins Plot")? Mine only ever plays for 26 seconds (exactly half the length of the cue) and then skips to the next track.
