Nobody knows Bond like you do 😉
Lol, well I am no expert but I think I know a thing or two.
What’s the source of the Expanded 28 track version? SFX?
28 track version? Could be a DVD rip, or a re-arranged album mix without bonus tracks.
Oh wow! Cool. You know come to think of it you are right! The helicopter escape is not on here for sure. HOWEVER I think what they did was remix Serra’s score for a different feel and maybe had him add some additional cues. Really cool though. I hate it when they do this stuff because then it never makes the soundtrack release. I think that’s what happened to DARKMAN. 🙁 GOD I would love for someone to find a master of this beast. So much pivotal action music missing from the soundtrack. One of Elfman’s 10 best in my opinion. Lots of thematic VINTAGE movie stuff in the helicopter montage and rooftop scene. I guess I could rescore it pretty easy myself with my current software. 😉 hmmmmmmm maybe I’ll add that to my project list
It’s not in CD quality unless the files are in a lossless format (wav, ape, flac, alac, NOT mp3). The bit rate of a lossless rip may vary depending on how the files were encoded, but it will always be much, much greater than 128 kbps and at least higher than 320 kbps.
Yes, amh1219 is correct, true cd quality is lossless, but for compressed files like mp3’s, what the official specs call "CD quality" is considered 192kb or higher. Apple’s .m4a files 128kb or higher for "CD quality". Thanks for the share scottfilm.

[QUOTE=scottfilm;2473251]I had to grab these tracks ONE by ONE with Safari from a website showing them off in France. Click the image for file. Enjoy!
I just noticed that track 29 is missing. Do you have that as well?
As in you cant perceive the difference between two qualities.
Unless you’re using some software that likes to throw words around whenever it pleases to market itself.

Ah then yes I would agree. Personally I don’t see how anyone can collect scores all in FLAC. I have several but at half a GIG on some can be a BEAST to store. You’d need a server to store them all if you collect like me. The human ear can’t perceive that much difference from 128kb or higher. Yes maybe if you are showing off a score in your home theater but in my case I just love to have them and don’t see a need for such large file size. 😉 Cool to have lossless though! Video is a whole other ballpark though. That makes ALL the difference. Glad everyone likes.
Or even throw them together to make a fake soundtrack for Pulp Fiction for the billionth time (music changes every year :awsm:).
Lossless is the road for me.
I slowly upgraded from 1TB to 2TB and now on 4TB externals.
It hasn’t been easy. i still don’t know everything I have.
But I also like to handle the lossy conversions myself.
My portable MP3 player changes frequently.
I may like all AAC one month and then just do MP3 the next.
Or maybe both? :itsamystery:
I didn’t grab it. I still got Kalaakfoqiwuoqw9ufgopidg aj;giouspe uhtraeiohbj;oudhg’s version.
And if this is said bootleg from before, I may have had this on my old 2TB before it "exploded". :erm:
Thanks for the share though. Serra is a vastly under-appreciated composer for his obscure compositions.
This man should do anything, but please, NO MUSIC !!!
