A. Isn’t there already one on the site
B. You joined for the sole purpose to share this? An alias? An alternate for you to leak safely?
C. You helped mix it?! Awesome who are you?
I don’t mean to insult, just things that i thought other people might say. All that being said, i look forward to hearing ‘Disk 2’
It’s 556 MB, so it’s taking longer to upload than expected.
Oh wow FLAC! Sorry I didn’t notice it was an upgrade! My thanks has been increased, although I myself don’t use FLAC, it will keep a lot of ignorant people whining instead of appreciating what they have got.
If someone has the "True Lossless" copy, send it to me and I will check it against my source.
Have no fear, Sparktank is here. (He’ll be along and verify it’s legitimacy)
thank you
They store their audio as massive uncompressed files, so I don’t know if I would be able to upload that stuff here, but their version of Angels & Demons is around 60 gigs. But it’s certainly not lossy.
I bet that’s a transcode of a 64 kbps rip 😉
Thanks!!! (maybe today?) 😛 sorry for the hurry
Lol, no. Haha.
lol -.-
Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you!

read his post it will be on the first post when hes done it
"I can wait forever as long as it does not take too long."
Oscar Wilde/Importance of Being Ernest
Morten Lauridsens’s Lux Aeterna doesn’t so much "flawlessly fade into Main Title End Credits" as it appears for a brief few seconds at the conclusion of the film as the new Pope heads to the balcony…. why it is included… why it is brief… boggles my mind since it is a gorgeous work of music that if your ears ‘blink’ you won’t notice it in the least.
Good things come to those who wait. Thanks buddy!
Do you have sheets?
On the bed.
Oh. I see. What about the sheets?
Remote Control Production is Hans Zimmer… as they said(his slaughter house/company)…
Exception: God Save Us (with the Camerlengo Suite mixed in), H20 Long Insert & 7m45-46 Lux Aeterna / Main Title are in 320
Thats what Im wondering. What is a RCP cloud?
It’s just the RCP server where they upload and share files among the other RCP guys, studios, producers, directors, etc. Many other composers do this as well.
It’s just an easier way for clients able to hear the music faster without having to drive out to the studio or have to mail it across seas if the score is recorded hear yet being edited in another country,.

True. And from what I heard, some sessions (like Madagascar 1 and 2, Bee Movie, Monsters Vs. Aliens) are from a RCP server.

Wow! Nice to see you here again!
Thanks for explaining also! One more question though, what does RCP stand for? If anything?
i miss you

remote control productions of course
Just so everyone knows, The entire demos alternates and stems are in 128k. And the trailer track was simply ripped from either YouTube or the DVD. SFX, dialogue and all. Sounds great
Exception: God Save Us (with the Camerlengo Suite mixed in), H20 Long Insert & 7m45-46 Lux Aeterna / Main Title are in 320
just so you know the entire demos and stems and crap sounds like the shittiest fucking thing ive ever heard the camerlengo suite sounds like a slow version of the ost track science & religion and everything else sounds horrible funny how the score is flac and these are not

Sounds like you don’t know very much about the Angels & Demons score production, a lot of people would appreciate these isolated stems because due to the nature of the mixing, you can’t really hear each section of the orchestra like this until now. As for the God Save Us/Camerlingo track, it’s in a different key and tempo, with an alternate ending.
The only bullshit in this thread is your sour comment.
OF COURSE! Because everyone knows that! :/
Most of Zimmer’s scores are adaptations of suites that Zimmer writes. These are adapted into the films as individual cues by Zimmer’s students.
I’ve wondered the same thing myself
Also, H20 (Long Insert) is really well done and it’s in 320k too.
I don’t wanna argue or start a shit storm like that jackhole David, but I am wondering a few things, I am very curious:
1.) Why are there SFX in a demo track?
2.) Anyone can change the pitch and tempo (also known collectively as speed) of a track
3.) The label "Several Layers Removed" is a bit misleading. The rear channels of the DVD audio also have several layers removed.
I’ve been discussing this stuff with a friend, and this is what he thinks. Any info at all would help as I’m not in the music business
Also, H20 (Long Insert) is really well done and it’s in 320k too.
My favorite is the 160 BPM suite, it’s good to hear separated instruments (I wish we could get more sessions like that, to hear the instruments that can’t be noticed on the final mix).
1.) Why are there SFX in a demo track?
2.) Anyone can change the pitch and tempo (also known collectively as speed) of a track
3.) The label "Several layers removed" in the files’ names translates to "Several layers missing because these tracks were ripped from the rear DVD audio channels where this sort of thing is common."
Any info at all would help as I’m not in the music business
It just means it was rendered with some of the other stems silenced. The trailer was only included because I wasn’t able to locate an isolated version, but thought someone would want that anyway. I’ll post one of the demos they made before they recorded the real instruments for the trailer later.
Fun fact: The notation of the synths in "02M10-God Particle (Several Layers removed)" are the same that you can hear in the beginning of "En Route" from Inception.
You can place the piece back into the original key by putting it into audacity or some other reputable music editing software, and speeding the track up by approximately 0.17 or 0.18. About 5:18 in the track is where the God Saves Us cue moves into Camerlingo Suite arrangement for a more powerful ending.
I did it for myself, I’ll share it with you guys here: https://mega.co.nz/#!twYAhbQC!cCsrrHdSPOEcgarSlt0piGjA_pl7xqEgf75aCNZ 7-Os
None of the Stems provided on the Bluray bonus features are posted in this thread, though someone probably could.
———- Post added at 11:27 PM ———- Previous post was at 11:21 PM ———-
I appreciate the info, but I know that. I did with Goldwave. I’m a DJ, it was obvious it was slowed down and off pitch. Every beat is .08 in pitch, so you should always use that increment if you are going to modify speed and don’t care about maintaining pitch.
Nevermind… the third time was the charm! Thanks again.
Cool. Do you know which are the choir lyrics?
90% of the choir didn’t have "lyrics" as they did in TDVC, they were given phonetic sounds to make, like "hway, kah, ah, ta, da, Oh" etc.
Still a worthy item to listen to! Thanks Score Trader for the score and your mixing!
Any news/an eta on the ultra uncompressed stuff you mentioned earlier?
Why only 128k/320k and not lossless if all on the rcp cloud is in lossless?
ENJOY THE MUSC
It’s not a complain, I only asked for proof that this is not fanmade stuff… Garage 3.0…
Any form of proof can be just as fabricated as the release of the music its self. I took the files for myself, I didn’t plan on posting it anywhere, so it’s not like I was prepared to gather evidence in case I needed to prove something later — because my personal friends know where I worked, and that I wouldn’t be pulling a fast one. The other files are in a lower bit-rate because the higher quality versions are far more valuable now.
I have been content with the OST for years and seldom care for extended versions because… well… they go on forever and ever and if I want that abuse I’d listen to Mahler. But Zimmer apparently creates a commercial release based on his scores- which is all well and good in some cases (John Williams should have been SHOT for his pretty-pretty, redundant as hell release for A.I. years ago).
But THIS has been an absolute delight of an exotic adventure score punctuated with sprinklings of quasi-religious choral music and possibly every kitchen sink available in Idaho! THIS IS FUN.
So again, Phiddy who is a though audience to please says THANK YOU to Score Trader. 😉
(I love the short hints of future scores such as Inception & Man of Steel… and Zimmer has indeed often used simple vowels as ‘lyrics’ for the choral pieces [King Arthur]… a tradition that goes back to Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Flos Campi where the chorus sings with lips closed)
Could you share the MIDI files also?
"Klaus, it’s Hans…I’m about to go into a meeting. Can you upload ‘demo xyz’ to the cloud?"
"Sure Hans…you want the MIDI’s?"
"No, bollocks to that. The meeting’s in 5 minutes and it’s only playing through the Macbook. Rip it to mp3. They don’t have Quested or PMC here."
……one possible scenario?
It’s just an easier way for clients able to hear the music faster without having to drive out to the studio or have to mail it across seas if the score is recorded hear yet being edited in another country,.
Do musicians and music editors also have access to the RCP cloud?
Besides, I just want to tell you all how much fun is it to read your experiences and knowledge about behind the scenes of music making. It is always a pleasure 🙂
OH…. welllllll then I will throw it ALL AWAY.
(jeeze)
THANK YOU, I knew I wasn’t going crazy. I’m no idiot, but I know a thing or 2 about audio
Here’s a teaser for those who want those unmastered sample library demos (i.e. the finished piece goes to showing the director what the music will probably sound like when they record it with real instruments, to get the go ahead)

Once ago i got a big original audio files collection of a (film soundtrack??) thus was included every demos, teasers and stems all were about 800 files, and they were in .AIFF audios. Not mp3
AIFF = Apple
WAV = Windows
both uncompressed data, only Apple calls it AIFF and Microsoft calls it WAV
you can convert both to ALAC or FLAC
Now, let’s turn the furnace on and get it started. xD
Do you have access to more stuff from RCP? Even providing cuelists for some of their work would be very appreciated.
that would be great
I’m still waiting on Mancina’s score for THE RECKONING to come to the surface….. so stand in line.
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…… no.
Nobody asked you
Thanks for this. Can you be more specific as to what exactly it is?
No, it’s Angels & Demons, if you guys like this kind of stuff, PM me and I might be inclined to send more material
+ 1
Fact #2: more than half of the tracks included in the "demos, alternates, and stems" folder are just audio ripped from the DVD back in a time when it was okay to rip a DVD and make an expanded score without people tearing you to pieces. If one listens closely till the end of the first track in this folder, halfway through, ringing bells become audible and at the very end, voice echoes can be heard. Boy, I didn’t know demo tracks featured actual sound effects from the film!
Fact #2b: A couple of the tracks included in the additional folder do actually appear to be stems or bounce tracks. Why they are all in a single audio file and why none of them are the entire bounce track and why one of them includes different lengths of each stem and one stem cuts off abruptly–it is all beyond me.
Fact #2c: It does appear, however, that the main score is in true lossless. If I actually know what I’m looking at when checking lossless audio quality, this does appear to be genuine. (This fact is the high point of this debunking post.)
Fact #3: Altering the tempo and pitch of a track (also known as simply changing its speed) does NOT mean you are emulating what the ‘RCP engineers’ heard when they worked on the track. This edit can be done by anyone and it is meaningless.
Fact #4: The member who posted this score is a phony. Does anyone else find it curious that after he posted this http://forums.ffshrine.org/f92/angels-demons-complete-flac-lossless-demons-stems-141904/5.html#post2442626 he vanished? I know I find it strange. Because two days ago I PM’ed him in response to this very message. I still haven’t heard back from him; where did he go? His profile says he was active just four hours ago…
And last but absolutely not least, upon trying to find his Shrine profile earlier today, I was browsing my search history because I knew I had visited it at least once. The first result that came up in my search bar (because I haven’t deleted my web history for at least six months) was this: Score_Trader | PianoFiles (http://www.pianofiles.com/user/1778605). Coincidence? Can someone confirm my hunch that this Score_Trader character is…
GARAGE???
The "pitch alteration" that you point out has been brought up multiple times, and if you actually read the thread, you can find the link to the same track in its original pitch. I already said that the only reason I included that version of the track was because some other people enjoyed it. (You can decide which key you like it in)
None of the tracks originate from DVD rips, whatever voices you hear, it’s not "SFX", and they cut off where they do, because I plan on trading the full-length stems for more music, but I am glad you actually noticed that the main score is in true lossless.
Additionally — you don’t know where I work, how I obtained all of my RCP scores, etc. Don’t pretend you are some kind of P.I. wannabe. You’d be wise to put down the crack pipe, because I will end your score collecting career around here real fast.
(Here’s what he private messaged me before he wrote the above)
What else have you got? Although Angels & Demons isn’t my favorite Zimmer score, it is pretty damn good, and I have also a small knowledge of these ‘stem’ tracks–or as I’ve heard them called: bounce tracks. I assume you just have all these goodies from A&D, yes? If you have stems for any other Zimmer or RCP scores, let me know.
Considering your name is Score Trader, I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that you’ll want something in exchange…? Spoiler: I do not have anything of value to exchange.
I am pretty sure that the majority of this forum would have also ignored this message.
Addressing my pianofiles account, I have been operating that for much longer than I have been a user here.
I am pretty sure that the majority of this forum would have also ignored this message.
You also didn’t reply to my PM, any conspiracy stuff in there?
Lool, me neither:)
I don’t know, I didn’t read it.
If I PM you will you read it?
I asked politely for Titanic ;P
Lol so if I PM you for Rush, that’s okay? 😉
Regarding the losless score, you should know that that ws out there for a long time anyway. It does not prove he has friends in studios or at the RCP cloud because the only thing you needed to get that FLAC score was common sense and some forum connections. The stems… I don’t know, they sound legit so I won’t degrade those, but the alternates are DVD rips and that’s final.
PM sent..
That sucker has reached PianoFiles, so y’know, one day it may make it here too!

You and Dimensioner both are idiots.
 I love lamp Brick.
I can’t wait to see how they ruin the movie with the sequel.
Or who knows. I did watch the other alternate time-line movie direct-to-video afterall… :itsamystery:
Well, I would be interested in anything score related (cuelists, demos, final cues…) from the following:
Mark Mancina
Twister (1996)
John Powell & Harry Gregson-Williams
Chicken Run (2000)
Marc Streitenfeld
American Gangster (2007)
Rupert Gregson-Williams
Here Comes The Boom (2012)
Steve Jablonsky
Gangster Squad (2013)
Not sure, if all of those are related to RCP.
Thank you in advance for anything, you might find out.
Don’t be discouraged by some of the postings here. After all, we are nice people caring and sharing good music 🙂
I do not think it’s fair or considerate that you reserve to name-calling either bollemanneke, or even more so, The Dimensioner as "idiots" especially since you chose to do so without providing any form of rebuttal or strong reason which might change either member’s mind. I don’t believe for a moment that they hold any intention to personally oust or insult you, it’s that they hold endeavor for material that is so valuable that it’s within reason to question and fully dissect it in order to attain whether it’s the real deal or not.
I think that they really do want to believe you, but given the history of claims from persons whom frequent here and elsewhere, that you are a relatively new member to the shrine (and pianofiles), the fact that there is suspicion as result of quality, audible sfx, and so on, and that there is logic in a user being deceitful with fraudulent material in order to gain other rare or valuable recording sessions or un-released material, it is rational to suspect that what you’ve provided might be fake.
I really think you need to step back and consider the situation from their point of view, and in doing so, recognise that members such as The Dimensioner and others whom have been here for extended amount of time, deserve some level of regard. In doing so I believe that they would return it, but the claims you’ve made here have been hefty given the situation, and so it’s not easy to immediately come to believe your claims.

Thanks a million man!!!!!
GARAGE???
I can confirm that he is NOT Garage.
But first things first.
I used to email quite alot both Garage AND score_trader. The latter claimed to have sessions for Hannibal along with demos, stems and all the jingling gems anyone would not even dream of.
He said that the Hannibal sessions was 150 tracks. THE SESSIONS. Now do a bit of research and tell me which of the available sessions by Zimmer is the most tracks. First thing to come to mind is 116 tracks TDKR which is (probably) fake. Every other sessions’ number of tracks is 40-70. The order of magnitude is some-ty but never over twice as many! Obviously he lied. Let alone the fact that he wanted cash for the music. Yes, the money, mammon, bucks, dough, gravy. He wanted 100$ for each sessions. I was so lucky (that sounds a bit harsh here) that another user on the shrine was cheated by score_trader before. He payed score_trader a 100 bucks and got nothing. He warned everyone else in the General Discussion section. Go there and see for yourselves:
Moreover, score_trader claims to have The Bible sessions. It is listed on his pianofiles account.
Now, why I know him and Garage are different persons:
1) Garage is desperate for The Bible sessions. It is one of his holy grails and he even offered me to chip in a pretty few bucks to buy the sessions from S_T.
2) As everyone well knows, Garage is a Macaroni and his English is, well, like a bumpy road ride. Score_trader on the other hand speaks fluent and academically correct English.
Sorry to spoil the show for you, Dimensioner 🙁
