Does that mean you simply re-encoded this 128 version to 320? Or did you actually source a proper 320 rip?

Either way, it doesn’t really matter, as its a pretty poor album that I doubt many would give a second listen to!

of course you did not. it is just, you cannot really gain anything by "converting" 128 into 320. it is like you paint paper yellow and write on it: gold.
the quality is still what it was before 🙂

No offense was taken or given (I hope)… I was just curious whether it was from a proper 320 source or simply an upconversion. My comment about the album itself was just my opinion, and truth be told I doubt I will bother upgrading from the 128 version I already have, as the album itself is pretty poor!

You wanna know how this is an OBVIOUS encode? Because the album title of the actual files is "Gyancide". The same as the 128. Which is ironic considering you have the correct name in the thread title.
