The cult of the film director is an increasing phenomenon, but the music they use in their films is largely overlooked, even though there is a large group of consumers for this kind of product. The Director is responsible for deciding who to use to write the original score and also decides what original recordings to use when and if he decides to go down that path. An over view of the music the Director’s have been inspired to use or have created for their masterpieces.
