Solving my own request here. I recently discovered that both the intro theme and the menu theme from TOCA 2 are shortened versions of real songs available to buy on CD. So a game rip would be redundant.

For anyone interested, the TOCA 2 intro theme is a short clip from "Soundclash" by the E-Z Rollers, and the TOCA 2 menu theme is an edit of "Retro" by the E-Z Rollers. Both songs are available in longer forms on the E-Z Rollers CD album "Weekend World". If you want the TOCA 2 version of "Retro" (i.e. no female vocals) and the full version of Soundclash make sure to get the 1998 version of the "Weekend World" CD album (18 tracks, catalogue number ASHADOW12CD). This version is listed on Discogs here: http://www.discogs.com/E-Z-Rollers-Weekend-World/release/9823

The "Weekend World" CD album was rereleased in 1999 (19 tracks, catalogue number ASHADOW12CD2) however this version has female vocals on "Retro" (i.e. is not the TOCA 2 version) and also "Soundclash" was shortened slightly.
