Pirates of The Caribbean 1-4 Complete/Expanded scores (Film mix)

Thanks to those who unearthed the recording sessions and for those who uploaded them I was able to put together this arrangement. These are the complete/expanded scores mixed and presented the way they were in the films, with some exceptions of course do to some missing tracks and the unreleased pirates 4 material being demo recordings; but i still had quite a bit of music to work with. This was something I decided to put together for fun and decided to share it for anyone that’s interested in hearing the films representation of the score or for anyone who wants the full score more trimmed down. It should be noted that this is not brand new material, its the sessions as they were mixed in the movies.

Very Nice edits! I am listening now. Great work. I like the little addition to the beginning of Black Pearl’s 01 Opening. Don’t remember that in the film but very nice. Also, isnt there a little base "pirate theme" at the end of the "moonlight serenade"? I thought there was. In Dead Mans Chest I think the transition at the end of Touch of Destiny is the Alt version, the film version is whats used at the beginning of the Tortuga transition in Pirates 1 and 2. Cant wait to hear more. Your edits are lovely. Great work.

The base curse theme was not included in the sessions, the film may have used raw recordings of the curse theme in that section, I’m not entirely sure on that one though. The touch of destiny bit used a variation of the tortuga cue that was not included in the current share of the sessions so I used the alternate version instead.

I used Vegas Movie Studio. It’s a video editing program but is also great for mixing music.
